Great stay. Helpful location for The Anfield
Pros:

The bed was incredibly comfortable and a great size. The room was also a fantastic size. Any enquiries were dealt with quickly. Daniel is very helpful and polite. We felt like our possessions were secure and the room was a nice place to relax. The kitchen also had a good amount of food for breakfast etc

Cons:

The only thing that was a tiny bit awkward was trying to move about in the small bathroom and keeping the floor dry as we showered. However, we were provided with a decent shower matt and there is actually another, larger shower upstairs which was helpful

Not up to expectations
Cons:

The mattresses in the rooms had stains, as well as the pillow that had been stuffed with other materials. We also noticed the chair in the bedroom had been covered with material of some sort which was hiding stains. And also the sink was out of use, which means there was one sink available for all individuals to use, whilst all rooms were full. We also noticed our options for breakfast, we were unaware that this was being provided to make ourselves, with the tag being ‘bed and breakfast’ we instinctively thought this was going to be provided and cooked for us. The level of cleanliness throughout was not to a standard we would have expected either, general dust, cobwebs and stains on paintwork/doors. We also thought that the ‘staff only door’ in the kitchen would not meet safety standards as it was just placed up against another door. The flooring is uneven throughout upstairs which can be considered unsafe. The original code given was incorrect, when speaking to another individual staying they informed us that they had the same issue in that the code changes regularly, which is understandable to safety concerns but those staying should be informed of the changes. One of the main reasons we booked was because you advertised it had ‘free parking’ we would have assumed this consisted of parking that was near the property/provided permits and or was free. We parked were it was suggested and ended up with a ticket. Over all, from the images and description given on booking.com it is something we don’t feel is reflected honestly.

Perfect for events at Anfield Stadium.
Pros:

Excellent location, right next to Anfield Stadium. Google maps state an 8 minute walk, but it is only a few minutes away.
Great customer service, we requested early check in so we could arrive early for our event, this wasn't a problem.
Breakfast is help yourself, a range of items including eggs and bacon, plenty of choices of cereal, fruit, breakfast bars. Tea and coffee facilities in our room and a fridge with water too.
Room was clean, bed comfortable. We felt safe and secure.
It is perfect for a one night stay for an event at Anfield Stadium, I would definitely book again for future events.

Cons:

Perfect for a one night stay, but our room didn't have any clothing storage. If we were staying for more than one or two nights, this would have been a problem.
Questionable plug socket beside the bed- hanging off the wall.

Great location, that is really it. Avoid...
Pros:

Location was the only good thing.

Cons:

First of all, free parking was agreed however spaces were taken and parking permit was unavailable. When questioned, owner/manager said that someone else must've taken it. Had to find own space in residential area. Then straight away in room, noticed that some lights weren't working. Had to find fuse box myself and switch on a fuse which was off which triggered room lights as well as kitchen facilities. This also switched the fridge on the kitchen, therefore we couldn't trust the food that was available for breakfast the next day as we didn't know how long it was off. Kitchen overall was in a bad way so wouldn't even eat in there regardless! No TV in room (although not that important) but bracket on the wall where it should've been. No air con (obviously a luxury) or a token fan in the extreme weather. Room was unbearable through the night and got zero sleep. Toilet/shower was so small. Couldn't actually sit down on toilet as knees were squashed by the wall and sink. Clearly just a way to make quick money match days and gigs at the stadium. Pay the extra and get a chain hotel and get a taxi!

Bad
Cons:

The description states that breakfast is included in the price. However, it is not as one would classically understand. Breakfast is not prepared for you. You are left with only semi-finished products in the refrigerator and you have to prepare breakfast yourself. And this fact is not included in the booking.com description. Only when I had made a reservation for the accommodation, I received a message from the accommodation owner about such a breakfast format. Later, the owner explained to me that this was normal for “budget guesthouses”. I did not see any budget for 1 person accommodation on the outskirts of Liverpool for 70 EUR...

Pros:

The room was clean, it is very close for access to anfield stadium. Communication was great.

Cons:

The door to the room creaked/banged all night due to a draft from the communal kitchen as the door to the rear of the kitchen was not hung correctly and a draft came through. The pillows on the bed were very poor quality. There is a fridge in the room which was very noisy. The cost of the room was far too expensive, I'm assuming the price was hiked due to a concert being held, I paid £179 and it should really have been £50 maximum. I feel like paid for the location rather than the quality of the room.
