happy, would return, extremely good value for money
Pros:

Breakfast was totally acceptable. location was perfect with wall mural right outside our bedroom window. Roomwas very quiet on the night we were there.

Cons:

Television remote control was not working. No parking permit was to be found with no reply of request for it when sent by text message.

The room and facilities made for a comfortable evening/night base during my conference attendance
Cons:

The television takes up space on a floor-mounted unit, when it could be on the wall, or that supporting unit could be a chest of draws for clothing/belongings. There is no hanging rail in the room, so formal clothing isn't really catered for. The partition "wall" between my room and the next had very poor sound insulation. I was disturbed by the late night movements of the neighbouring occupants, and also I worried about likewise disturbing them.

Couldn't get in and nothing answer after loads of calls and emails.
Cons:

Couldn't get in to property had to find alternative accommodation. Got code to property at midnight. Ment to be checked in before 22:00. No answer on phone provided or booking.com also emailed both and nothing till the email at midnight, After I had to find somewhere else. Waiting for answers about refund.

I’d happily take time out of my day to personally discuss reasons as to why you shouldn’t book this place.
Pros:

Scam alert. Check in is 1700, we didn’t receive the code to check in until 1724 after waiting outside in the rain to which Dan responded sorry here’s the code and the cleaner is on the way to clean the room for you. Do yourselves a favour and avoid this place at all cost an absolute waste of time.

Cons:

Every part of this experience was the worst I’ve had while booking accommodation an absolute shocker.
