Cons:

O quarto é apertadíssimo e percebi que a limpeza não foi bem feita. Vi fios de cabelo nas roupas de cama (pedi pra trocar e eles realizaram a troca) e em outros locais, além de manchas nas toalhas. A casa é antiga e um pouco suja também, vi barata nos corredores. O dono é atencioso mas durante a estadia quase não vi gente lá para dar suporte caso precisasse. No segundo dia cheguei na casa às 1h da manhã (pós Lollapalooza) e fiquei uns 5 minutos na rua tentando abrir o portão. Também não gostei do chuveiro.

agradável, local sem ruídos, embora esteja localizado em um ponto de tráfico e um tanto agitado.
Pros:

Não havia café da manhã, eu já sabia. Mas senti falta. Na própria rua havia boa opções para compensar. Tanto como locais próximos para refeição. A noite não precisei andar nada para comer uma ótima pizza, o que ajudou para o meu cansaço. Também outras opções estavam muito cômodas. Gostei da facilidade para a locomoção e serviços variados.
Já conhecia a região e sabia que a hospedagem estava muito bem localizada.

Cons:

A noite, houve um pequeno problema com o funcionamento do sistema de aquecimento para banho, mas assim que me comuniquei a pessoa responsável foi regularizado.

Atendimento excelente, me ajudou em tudo que precisei. Ambiente tranquilo, muito boa localização.
Local ótimo para descansar, sem barulho e bagunça.

Cons:

Único detalhe é que a TV não funcionou, não consegui sintonia de nenhum canal, mas é gosto pessoal, sinto falta de TV para relaxar.

Fiquei por um bom tempo em SP e esse lugar é muito bom! Todos do hostel são pessoas super legais e atenciosos !! Lugar perfeito, perto de tudo, da pra fazer tudo a pé! Mercado , farmácia, restaurante, shopping ... ! Lugar bem tranquilo e seguro. Quarto que eu fiquei era ótimo e me atendeu no que eu precisava! Recomendo a todos! Nota 10!

Pros:

We booked in very last-minute and the host was very accommodating to help us check in early. The location is perfect. Beautiful friendly neighbourhood within walking distance of some of the main tourist sites of São Paolo. The accommodation is simple but also cheap. Good value for money.

Cons:

There are lots of stairs to get up to the room and we had too many cases.

La ubicación perfecta. La cama comodisima y para mi lo importante es un lugar tranquilo y silencioso y se cumplió totalmente.
