Needs a upgrade and tidy up.
Landlord was very pleasant and transparent throughout my stay. One of the best host Ive had in a while that genuinely put his customers first and for that reason I highly recommend.

This was not a decent accommodation as advised on booking.com. This was basically a bar. The whole kitchen area is flooded with cans of bear.the house was just a name but a bar. I will never recommend any decent professional person to rent. And my advice to booking.com please verify properties properly before you mislead customers online or just believing what the owner tells you which is utter lies and verbrication

Free street parking was appreciated and the location was good to get into Villa Park.

The rest of the house was very dirty. This is basically a student house.. the kitchen and bathroom were not clean at all. Pots and pans and food everywhere. This was fine for a cheap quick stopover to rest our heads, but would not stay again.

The bathroom was horrendous and the toilet seat was absolutely disgusting. Shit stain and all. The place needs a good cleaning.

The place was very dirty and very poorly kept. Booked for 2 nights and had to find somewhere else to stay, it was so bad will definitely not recommend. Infact I would advise no-one to stay
Place was cold no way to adjust timer set on radiators had to bring my own mini heater to be comfortable if I didn't have that I would of been miserable did tell the guy who owed the place and he didn't seem to care or want to do anything about it
