Johnson Road Near Erdington Station

I nearly fell out of the shower. It’s not safe and it was unstable and very dangerous. I also nearly put my foot through a nail in the floor. This place needs some doing up. Bed was uncomfortable and there were stains on the sheets

My room. This room lacking ventalation. There was a trace of moist on the wall next to the bed. Which cause unpleasent smell combined with the lack of oxegen.
In the first day the room was very hot like an oven, and when i cintacted the owner to change to the other room he claimed that all the rooms are occopied. After staying for 3 nights I realized we were only 3 people renting three rooms. And the forth room was not occopied. For some reason the owner forced me to stay in the unpleasng room.
Ghe booking.com should make sure any advertizmenys on their website must meets the standardz.

It's misleading from the pictures, and advertisements.
The neighborhood is very noisy. There is a permanent tenant here that is very arrogant, rude, and very uncivilised.
I didn't finish my entire time due to discomfort and being disrespected by the other tenants.
It's nearly house from hell type accommodation.

The bed is too soft, and sinks when I lay down and hallway is narrow and part of the railings is missing. There was no indication for provision of crippled customer choices.

Property require some repairing especially bathroom, however everything is working including hot water in bathroom, kitchen and radiator and does not affect their usability.

from the start i got extremely extremely strange unfriendly welcome // eating in the living room wasn't possible // moving extremely extremely uncomfortable uncomfortable couch closer to tv wasn't possible // putting my tv in the living room wasn't possible // when i was trying to compromise that also wasn't possible // obvious obvious violation of privacy everywhere everywhere // shower wasn't working for a few days // oven wasn't working for a few weeks // washing machine wasn't using enough water // and internet i had to ask for password better landlords provide password without asking and internet was terrible // i'm not happy when other people put my life in danger // front door was left open often // and i hated hated the fatigue // and i hated hated burning // and area had too many !!! too many stalkers // and obviously i was disappointed with lack of vibe and tv was small with a small choice of channels !!!!!

Needs a upgrade and tidy up.

This was not a decent accommodation as advised on booking.com. This was basically a bar. The whole kitchen area is flooded with cans of bear.the house was just a name but a bar. I will never recommend any decent professional person to rent. And my advice to booking.com please verify properties properly before you mislead customers online or just believing what the owner tells you which is utter lies and verbrication

The rest of the house was very dirty. This is basically a student house.. the kitchen and bathroom were not clean at all. Pots and pans and food everywhere. This was fine for a cheap quick stopover to rest our heads, but would not stay again.

The bathroom was horrendous and the toilet seat was absolutely disgusting. Shit stain and all. The place needs a good cleaning.

The place was very dirty and very poorly kept. Booked for 2 nights and had to find somewhere else to stay, it was so bad will definitely not recommend. Infact I would advise no-one to stay
