Réservation confirmée et payée plusieurs semaines à l'avance. J'ai même reçu les instructions d'accès à l'appartement la veille de mon arrivée. Pourtant, le jour même de notre arrivée, la réservation a été annulé par l'hôte sans solution de remplacement par booking.

Voyageant avec ma famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants), nous avons dû trouver en urgence un autre logement, plus cher, plus éloigné du centre-ville et de qualité inférieure, avec salle de bain et cuisine communes au lieu d'un appartement entier.

Cette expérience nous a causé beaucoup de stress et des frais supplémentaires. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement en raison du manque de fiabilité de la réservation.
