Desde o atendimento via telefone até as meninas, Cida e Isabela, nós gostamos muito.
Nos sentimos muito acolhidos.

O hotel é bem organizado, muito bonito. O quarto em que ficamos estava bem limpinho, organizado, detalhe para o cobertor maravilhoso de fofinho, grande e quentinho!!
Precisamos de um auxílio com a tv, e a Isabela foi e nos ajudou, muito prestativa.
O café da manhã estava bem gostoso, a Cida preparou tudo com muito carinho.

Todos muito receptivos!

Muito boa e satisfatória num geral.
Pros:

Muito confortável, tudo muito limpo e organizado, café da manhã muito bom e as meninas que receberam na entrada e no café foram incríveis.

Cons:

A única coisa que eu poderia falar é sobre um casal que ficou hospedado no mesmo dia que eu, eles fizeram bagunça até tarde (conversaram alto e davam risada alta, desceram inúmeras vezes as escadas fazendo clac clac clac com os sapatos), com a TV super alta e eu dormi muito tarde (2:30 da manhã, isso porque estava cansada)

A equipe da hospedagem foi bem atenciosa e solícita.

Cons:

Infelizmente o local de convívio comum e "happy hour" do hotel ficava muito próximo ao quarto que estive alojado, e os hóspedes fizeram muito barulho. Na data subsequente à reserva tinha uma prova de concurso e o barulho durou até meia-noite, infelizmente prejudicando a experiência.

Local bom, mas serviço a desejar

Boa localização, bom espaço no quarto e boas instalações.

Cons:

Tudo muito “solto”. Cheguei e não havia sequer uma campainha, muito embora tivesse recebido contato no WhatsApp informando meu horário de chegada. Fiquei algum tempo na rua até a chegada de alguém. Tinha uma zeladora que era também recepcionista, mas ficava pra lá e pra cá a todo momento, difícil encontrar até para perguntar algo. Por volta das 20h começou uma algazarra, ficou assim até mais de 22h. Nisto percebi que as paredes são finas e que a porta (de correr) não dá conta de vedar qualquer ruído. Banheiro não tem ventilação alguma, seria bom ter um exaustor. O local é bom, mas ainda tem muito a melhorar.
