Cheap, but not clean.
Pros:

Affordable, location handy for getting around, not far from the harbours

Cons:

The rooms weren't cleaned well, we stayed here twice (beginning and end of andaman trip). One of the beds in one room had disgusting looking suspicious white stains on it, wouldn't use it even to put luggage on. Used underwear on the sofa in reception. Several cockroaches had to be gotten rid of. The staff were quite blunt and not helpful, especially when we arranged a taxi, he got very stressed and bossing us around, very rude.

Nice place with very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Wonderful stay, such friendly and helpful staff! I got sick and fevery unfortunately and the staff member gave me hot water, lemon and even came with me to show me to the pharmacy to get some medicine. Room was nice and clean also. Thank you!

The rooms are very clean and large. But I would highlight the kindness of the owner who if you have any problem solves everything for you.

Cons:

it is very far from the center, far from restaurants and shops. you will always need transportation.
