Great stay in a beautiful spot
Pros:

We had a great stay. The room was spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, and it's super clean. There was also a nice view of Tepoztlan from our room.

Pros:

La ubicación está muy céntrica, la limpieza y atención del personal muy bien, mucha tranquilidad y el estacionamiento.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado haber encontrado cuarto con cama matrimonial, alcance uno con cama individual y por mi estatura fue un poco incómodo pero aguantable, la calle estaba en reparación pero esto no es del hotel.

Perfect few days stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a brilliant location, and the room was clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the early check in after a long flight and our request for an iron in the room. We had a lovely stay and the service was faultless. Thanks so much

Mucho costo y poco beneficios.
Cons:

Poco jabón, papel, no toalla para cabello, no ponen agua para beber ni basoos, no hay clinex y el costo es mucho para lo que ofrecen. El mosquitero se corría en la noche por el viento. La 1a noche solo nos pusieron cobija sin sabana.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, si bien son pequeñas son acogedoras. Muy limpio todo el lugar.

Cons:

Se que eso está fuera de sus manos pero si hay mucho ruido de carros, pero dejan tapones para los oídos.

Cómodo y accesible
Pros:

La cama es muy cómoda y el ambiente bastante tranquilo
Cuenta con conexión a internet y te proporcionan una cuenta en Netflix y TV con cable
El personal es muy atento y amable
El único pequeño problema es el ruido de la calle que se llega a filtrar por el balcón, pero al cerrar la puerta mitiga el ruido

Comodidad y ubicación
Pros:

Las camas y almohadas son muy cómodas, la habitación y el baño son amplios. Su ubicación permite estar en el corazón de Tepoztlán y moverse desde allí con facilidad. Eduardo y Brenda muy amables al recibir, al brindar orientación y prestar apoyo.

Cons:

La habitación queda sobre la calle, la cual es empedrada, cuando pasan ciertos vehículos el ruido es muy fuerte.
