Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab kostenlose Aufmerksamkeiten: Wasser, Bananen, Porridge, Bier. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen, obwohl wir nur 1 Nacht gebucht hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert

Relaxing break with good weather.
Pros:

Nice welcome, owners very personable. Room clean, and the extra welcome pack was substantial including water, beer and wine which was very welcome. Superb location with a short trot to the beach.

Cons:

Parking could be tricky but was fortunate to have found a space right outside the property for the whole weekend..

Beautiful room in a wonderful house
Pros:

The room was sparkling clean and exceptionally comfortable. The hosts went out of their way to welcome us and had little touches in the room that made the stay extra special. It’s a great location, walking distance to everything.

What a lovely place to stay Joanne and John so friendly 😊 lovely touch having wine, beer and chocolates in the fridge. Also tea and coffee maker in the room. Very clean and great location just far enough away from the seagulls 😀 I forgot my hair straighteners and Jo let me use hers which was so kind would definitely book again if going to Broadstairs. 5 Stars from me 👍👍

The room's comprehensive range of features enhanced our experience at this lovely property.
Pros:

Fabulous location on a quiet residential street, very close to the town centre and sea front. Stylish decor, clean, mini-fridge, toiletries, generous hospitality tray and bottled water. Fans were provided to keep us cool during the heatwave. Iron and ironing board. Lovely shower with hot water on demand. Enormous smart TV screen with access to streaming services. Overhead remote-controlled lamp. There was even an umbrella for our use (which wasn't used!) Lots of very thoughtful touches for our convenience and comfort, to make our stay enjoyable.

Cons:

We stayed in Room One at the top of the house. Limited hanging space and shelving for clothes wasn't too much of a problem because it was a short stay and we didn't have much as it was summer. We would have liked a desk or little table for making cups of tea, or a bedside table, but it didn't spoil our stay at all.

Incredible hosts, beautiful place, the best sleep ever. I can’t wait to stay there again
Pros:

The place is absolutely gorgeous, spotless, so so accommodating. My friend and I were lucky to be relocated to that property because of our disastrous initial booking. John took us in immediately after we’d finally managed to process a cancellation on the apartment we’d booked more than a week prior.
It was his wife’s bday, they were all out celebrating, but they still helped and hosted us regardless ❤️
The place and the people who run it are priceless. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever experienced. To be fair it beats mattresses at any 5* lodgings I’ve stayed at. We had the best sleep ever.

The place, the location, the amenities, the decor and -ABOVE ALL- the hosts are simply incredible. You can’t fault it. You just need to keep coming up with new words to praise it!

Very clean n fresh room .. welcome drink in fridge ... coffee machine in room tea gear n kettle .. iron n hair dryer ... tv on wall well decorated ...new onsuits .. owners very freindly n helpfull.. 3 to 4 min walk to sandy beach ..quite road just 4 min walk into town .. lovely area ... recomend highly ..good price for a night .. loved it
