Great Hostel in a beautiful house. It's very clean, the rooms are big and comfortable. The bathrooms are very clean and practical with plenty of shower gels. Great view on the river.
It's opposite Talad Yai market which is open from 6:00am to 1:00pm and where you can buy fruits etc...and also eat.
It's also very near the night market where you can eat very good and cheap food.
The lady who owns and runs the Hostel is wonderful: friendly, helpful, welcoming and very nice. She speaks very good english and will do anything to make you happy.
I will absolutely recommend this Hostel.

The friendly owner had a twinkle in her eye and spoke good English and like the grandma you wish you had! The place was easy to find. It's a cool old building with lots of character. It's not exactly in the thick of the action but only 15 minutes walk to the night market and some places to eat and a nice cafe in the neighbourhood. There's a communal water heater for drinks and a nice patio area you can usually find somebody hanging around to talk to. She has lots of useful maps and info about the area so much so that I realised I need to come back one day!
Hard bed and thin curtains-- very thin curtains but that's pretty standard for budget Thailand really.
Nice owner and great location. I would recommend getting the AC room bc that city gets very warm!

Air conditioning was the only good thing
Everything. The owner and staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming. The bed was hard as a rock and the bedsheets were filthy. The street noise at night with cars and dogs barking is unbearable. Many cockroach spray cans, indicating an infestation. The whole place looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in years.
