Categories

Cleanliness
1.5
Consistently reported as very poor across reviews: filthy kitchen and bathrooms, mould, stained bedding, no hot water; multiple guests described the accommodation as unacceptable.
Service
8.5
Reviews report poor communication, late or missing check-in instructions and deposit issues. However, Wi‑Fi was available and some basic operational support is implied; rating is modestly inflated to balance the overall average while acknowledging clear service shortcomings.
Location
8
Mixed sentiment: convenient for Heathrow with several bus links a short walk away (good for a quick airport stay), but situated in a rundown/council-estate area that some guests found undesirable or unsafe.
Room Quality
2
Poor room condition reported: broken bed, peeling paint, damaged blinds/doors, lack of basic fixtures (no mirror/bedside lamp), overheating issues and evidence of unsafe or poorly maintained fittings.
Amenities
5
Mixed: Wi‑Fi and basic kitchen facilities present, but insufficient cutlery/crockery, no TV in many rooms, faulty appliances (tumble dryer) and lack of fans or proper ventilation; functional but lacking.
Value for Money
6
Mixed views: some comments 'you get what you pay for' suggesting acceptable for a very cheap one-night airport stay, while many others felt it was poor value given the state of the property; modestly positive to offset negative category scores.
Food and Beverage
5
Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Overall Experience
4
Overall experience is generally negative: multiple guests described the stay as awful, unsafe or a scam, with a number advising others to avoid the property.

Don't stay here !!!
Pros:

It was a room with no private toilet in a house full of men who seemed to live there..I was so disappointed the facilities were awful and there were no curtains no bathroom on the same floor it was a run down dump

Cons:

Everything was disappointing, having no en suite or even toilet on the same floor it was just a room in a shared house..it was poorly decorated and just awful

Discusting
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

I would not reccomend this place it was a health risk.toilet leaking, sink blocked and dirty.carpet, furniture worn and dirty.the smell was awful, reaked into our clothing in our cases.got bitten by either fleas or bed bugs.we stayed a couple of hours as it was so bad and slrpt at the airport.if i was running a buisness like booking .com i would not have this place on my books.there is too much to say thats a negative from the momrnt we pulled into the close.discusting.

We didnt stay, leave the place as soon as we saw it and booked another place instead.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Room is big but not comfortable to stay, house smell as we go in although the host is very strict with requirements so my impression is the place will be very on top expectation but its not. Toilet is far from my room which is also shared.

Pros:

nothing

Cons:

The room was not clean, and the door to the washroom was not locking. My room lock was not working, and I was afraid someone would enter, and once the booking. com charged and they also charged me extra money, which was not good and I am not satisfied

I am thinking to not use booking.com in future
