I'm glad I was only there for one night.
Pros:

Location is OK. The room was clean.

Pros:

La Host molto gentile e disponibile, ha risposto sempre alle nostre perplessità
Posizione buona, vicino alla stazione e comoda per arrivare in centro
Parcheggio gratuito in struttura
Facile accesso con il check-in

Cons:

La casa non era molto pulita, c'è la moquette a terra e vi lascio immaginare..
Doccia intasata, tv nn funzionante e un letto dei ragazzi con lenzuola e cuscini sporchi
Per noi era solo un punto d appoggio ma poco confortevole
Direi che ho pagato troppo per il quello che ho trovato

Great place to stay in Friedrichshafen
Pros:

Location worked well for me, nice room and bathroom, common kitchenette with a fridge shared by other rooms.

Cons:

No AC but there is a fan though. Check-out didn't go very smoothly. I talked to the owner via WhatsApp and let her know that I'm ready to check out. She then sent her colleague who didn't speak English. I paid the total price then I tried asking her about the luggage storage with the help of Google Translator but her colleague just left. Then I had to spend 30 to 40 minutes to have it sorted. Luggage storage was pretty much "just leave everything in the room". So when I came back I ringed the door and went up to my room to find my luggage in front of my room. Not a huge issue but I did lose valuable time.

Pros:

Kommunikation mit Besitzerin oder so war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Duschkopfhalter im Bad ist nur angeklebt und war bei Ankuft schon abgefallen. Duschkopf musste beim Duschen selbst gehalten werden.

Pros:

La stanza, per errore, non era pronta, ma il gestore ha agito subito e mandato qualcuno per le pulizie in relativamente poco tempo.
Posizione buona vicino al centro cittá.

Cons:

Non si possono parcheggiare le bici in modo sicuro e si devono lasciare fuori, in una zona non proprio bellissima.

Nur um kurz zu übernachten ok, jedoch nichts für einen Urlaub
Pros:

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, schnelle Antworten der Gastgeberin

Cons:

Alles etwas abgewohnt und spartanisch
Betten durchhängend,
günstiger Parkplatz,
zentrale Lage, jedoch mit Bahnschienen direkt vor dem Fenster so dass man nachts das Fenster schließen muss
Kein Save ,
insgesamt sauber

Proche de la gare et du centre-ville.

Cons:

Plusieurs choses (surtout pour le prix): Chambres certes rénovées mais finitions bâclées et propreté limite. Un des lits d''appoint (type clic-clac) était super bancal. Très bruyant car en face des voies de train, il faut dormir les fenêtres fermées et il peut faire très chaud. Ambiance un peu étrange, ressemble plus à des chambres pour étudiants qu'à une gästehaus, si ce n'est le prix...
