Very nice and quiet please next to the most busy street in Jogja
Pros:

It is located in a nice small street adjacent to Malioboro which is amazing. The owner is very kind and really wants you to have a nice stay. The room was small but we did not need more, it was clean, there was hot water for the shower, soap and toilet paper. There was also a rooftop but don't expect an amazing view. Very good place.

Cons:

The fan was making an annoying little noise when it was turning.

La ubicación, ya que estaba en pleno centro de la ciudad pero no se oía el ajetreo de la gente. El personal que nos atendió no pudo ser mas amable, nos ayudó en todo momento. La camada comoda.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son muy viejas, poco cuidadas y no hay ascensor, hay que subir las maletas a pulso. Se oye el rezo muy muy alto, ya que las ventanas no aíslan nada el ruido. El baño compartía la ducha y el retrete, por lo que se quedaba todo perdido de agua. No hay sabanas en la cama y tienes que compartir una manta diminuta.

Personal muy amable, te da consejos e información sobre lugares de interés. Limpieza correcta. Tienen para alquilar motos y te dejan cascos.

Cons:

La cama sólo tenía sábana bajera y una manta fina. Estaría bien que tuviera el conjunto entero (falta la sábana para taparse).
Los cascos para la moto eran viejos.

Pros:

The owner is very nice. I booked the room 1 month before and the owner give me a WhatsApp call to confirm everything. He help me arrange the transportation for Barade hill sunrise, borobudur and Prambanan, and the transportation to go to the airport. I have to arrive Yogyakarta Airport at 7am and he pick me up at 5am. My dream can become true and he help me a lot. He showing Indonesian kindness and honest.

Cons:

The aircon is not really cool, facilities are very basic.
