The perfect place if you want to stay in Tetebatu !
Pros:

The people working there are so great and kind. The bungalows are so cosy and confortable to stay 3/4 days it’s perfect ! Even the bathroom on the outside is really clean and practical. They proposed exactly the activities made for this place. It’s a big family. The kindest people ever !!

We a saw a bamboo handcraft village, we tried to make our own bamboo little box. We made our own coconut oil and we were directly in a family home to see this process, it was very immersive and you go back with your little coconut oil. We also made a walking tour thanks to the best guides! (Figo and Marcel) We walk around rice field, jungle, we saw black and grey monkey, traditional village and we also do 2 stops in waterfall where you can swim, it’s beautiful ! It was a dream really. During all the tour this guide explain you everything about the spices, the vegetation, the tradition of work and family. Beautiful memories !

Even more they provide transport service everywhere very cheap ans with the best driver (Badur), he stop the car to buy us fried banana we don’t ask but sooo delicious and he made also a stop for us to see the monkey on the road, he explain everything about them.

Bellissimo bungalow immerso nel verde
Pros:

Posizione bellissima immersa nella natura di Tetebatu. Il bungalow molto carino e accogliente. Buona posizione per visitare monkey forest, cascate e risaie.

Her er det stort forbedringspotensiale, vi ville brukt pengene våre et annet sted.
Pros:

God og sentral beliggenhet. Hyggelige personale.

Cons:

Renholdet var ikke bra. Vi fikk beskjed om at vi måtte si fra når vi trengte å skifte håndklær og annen vask på rommet. Vi ba om nye håndklær 2-3 ganger, og det fikk vi. Men da vi ba om å få gulvet vasket (man drar med seg sand inn på rommet). Selv om vi etter beste evne første å vaske oss på beina og tørke før vi gikk inn er det uunngåelig å dra med seg skitt inn. Særlig med barn. Da vi sa i fra om at gulvet trengte en vask ble det kun feid, gulvet var fortsatt møkkete. I perioden vi var der var det veldig stille med få gjester. En periode var det kun oss på hele overnattingsstedet. Det var skuffende at de ikke tok seg tid til en ordentlig rengjøring og å ta seg av de gjestene som faktisk var der.

En annen ting var at vi opplevde at den som hadde hovedansvaret for overnattingsstedet var mer opptatt av å selge tjenester enn å ta seg av oss. Vi forstår at han ønsker å tjene penger, det er helt naturlig at han vil forsøke å selge turer etc, men under frokosten, i stedet for å ta bestillingen vår og ha fokus på å ivareta oss, var han mer opptatt av salg, noe som resulterte at vi fikk helt feil bestilling på frokosten (han var ikke fokusert, rett og slett). I tillegg opplevde vi å få en smørpakke (de serverer smør og syltetøy i små porsjonspakker til frokost) som allerede var blitt åpnet og har halvtom.

Når vi flere ganger ga beskjed om at vannkranen på badet henger (den var helt løs og hang over vasken) sa de at det skulle fikses i morgen. Det ble det ikke. Vi ga beskjed på nytt, fortsatt tok de seg ikke bryet med å finne en løsning for hvordan i hvert fall finne en midlertidig løsning på problemet.

Pros:

Good mood, nice people (local and backpackers) and amazing place. I did the sarong and the bamboo process it was very interesting and the second day the rice fields, the waterfalls and the monkey forest. It was beautiful, we swimmed in the waterfall, had lunch with locals in a small house because it was raining. We also tried a lot of local food, so gooood. Thank you

Amazing experience between rice fields
Pros:

The views and location of the hotel was amazing. Hospitality of the team was amazing, they made our stay a wonderful experience. Everything was done with a smile and treat you as friends. We would like to give a special attention to the service of the transfer driver, Badung who made the trip a whole tour.

The room is very simple, with not the best beds.

La cliente précédente n’avait pas rendu la clé nous avons eu la chambre 4h après notre arrivée mais ils se sont pliés en 4 pour aller au plus vite !!

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel. Toujours souriant, à votre service, on a passer de super moment ensemble. L’ambiance est très très chaleureuse on se sans vraiment en famille.
L’établissement propose un trip pour voir cascades, sings et rizières. À faire absolument. Il est très facile de louer un scooter pour se déplacer au alentours.

Mooie locatie midden in de natuur.
Vriendelijk personeel.
Op de eerste dag was mijn iPhone kapot gegaan, direct bij de receptie gevraagd om hulp en die kreeg ik. Er was iemand zo lief om mij naar de dichtstbijzijnde iPhone-winkel te brengen met de scooter ( 30 minuten verderop). Nogmaals terima kashi!

- veel last van moskee- geluiden in de ochtend

We would definitely come back!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay! There were so many things to do and the second home Bungalows were such a nice place to chill and have a really good time.
The staff was also really friendly and made sure everything was as you wish. The food was really good and the tours and activities were great and really easy to book.

The view from the room upstairs

We ended up at Sama Sama bungalows. Not sure if this is where we were supposed to sleep, or if Second home bungalows is simply the same but oh well.
The bungalow was dirty and clearly bed sheets were not changed. The whole thing is poorly maintained, none of the door close properly, you can’t even use the bathroom - only door open. The shower head simply is either extra dirty either damaged so showering isn’t an option, water leaking from the tap so the bathroom floor is constantly wet. Mold smell even in the bed.
The team is nice but constantly trying to sell their activities which are really expensive. We only booked a driver, price was ok but omg the car was terrible!! Extra old car with no seat belt, for the same price as an AC recent car that we had with another driver oreviously.
Food is honestly not good but there are a lot of warungs at walking distance.

Wir hatten 3 tolle Tage mit sehr sehr freundlichen Menschen.
Pros:

Lage mitten im Dschungel, Blick auf den Vulkan, tolle Anlage mit Pool und Samstag Abend Livemusik mit der BNT Band 😅 Orga von Transfer und Ausflügen unkompliziert möglich, super freundliches Personal

Cons:

Bungalows sind sehr einfach und die Bettwäsche nicht ganz sauber, aber das ist aufgrund der Lage und Umgebung nicht tragisch
