ממליצים בחום. הגענו לסופש ונהנינו מאוד מהשהות. בעלת המקום מקסימה ואדיבה, דאגה לכל פרט והייתה זמינה לכל צורך. המקום מאובזר להפליא, כולל מטבח עם כל מה שצריך, והכול נקי ומסודר. אהבנו במיוחד את הג’קוזי בחורף – היה מפנק וכיפי. האווירה נעימה וחמימה,חוויה ממש טובה.

This was an extremely distressing experience and one I would strongly warn others against.
I booked this property in good faith and paid 3,333 shekels (approximately AUD $1,600) upfront. The room is advertised on Booking.com as suitable for four people, with two large double beds and pricing clearly shown for four adults. However, shortly after booking, the host contacted me and insisted that my reservation was “for two adults only” and demanded an additional 2,000 shekels in order to allow my children to stay.
This dispute began almost immediately after booking. Despite the listing configuration clearly accommodating four people, the host repeatedly accused my family of dishonesty and claimed there was “nowhere to put two more people,” which directly contradicts the listing itself, as i had 2 double beds in my booking.
The tone of communication quickly became aggressive and abusive. I was repeatedly accused of lying and pressured to either pay a large additional amount or cancel the booking myself. Due to the nature of these awful messages, I no longer felt comfortable or safe proceeding with the stay at this property.
Booking.com later acknowledged a system inconsistency, yet the host refused to cooperate with a penalty-free cancellation. Despite my requesting a full refund for a stay I could not safely attend, the host issued only a 49 shekel refund, corresponding to the cleaning fee she charges customers, while dishonestly retaining the remainder of the payment. Note I Cancelled within an hour of making the booking.
What is particularly concerning is that the property was immediately re-listed for the same dates, again advertised as suitable for four people at a slightly ower price, contradicting the host’s claim that accommodating my family was impossible.
This experience resulted in significant financial loss, stress, and disruption to my trip.

הגעתי לסופש ( לילה אחד) המקום מקסים , עם אוירה שקטה ,החדר היה מסודר ונקי יש גם מרפסת ובריכה גדולה במקום , המטבח מאובזר.
בעלת הבית אדיבה,שירותית נותנת מענה בשעת הצורך !! בסה״כ חוויה טובה מאוד ממליצה בחום!
מקום מאוד נוח מבחינת המיקום,יחידה מורכבת מחדר שינה ממוזג עם מקלחון משובח ושרותים,מיתה ענקית עם מזרן אורטופדי מפנק וארון בגדים גדול עם דלתות הזזה.וחלק השני מרפסת עם נוף עירוני ובריזה בבוקר שכוללת מתבחון עם כול מהשנדרש :מקרר,מקרוגל,אבןטוטר וגם מכונת כביסה עם מייבש.בקיצור יחד עם בעלת הבית צביה-שהיא נשמה של היחידה -תענוג של נופש.מומלץ בחום רב

It is located in the metropolitan part of Tel Aviv, which has heavy and slow traffic in the mornings. May take 1hr+ to get to city center.

Host was super kind and everything was clean and comfortable!
We arrived in the midnight and the host was very kind and caring. We had very quiet and comfortable sleep and very good shower. The room is very cosy and clean, has AC, ensuite bathroom and a very big balcony containing kitchen. We enjoyed very much and we will not hesitate to book it next time!
