Felemelő hely! A tulajdonos hihetetlenül barátságos! Nem működött a szobában a légkondicionáló, és rögtön egy másik, nagyobb szebb szobát kaptunk, ahol már minden rendben volt! The place felt very safe and comfortable, and everything was clean and well organized. The owners were extremely kind and always ready to help, giving us great recommendations for excursions and tours to make the most of our trip.
We were disappointed that the underground river tour we booked through the hotel was canceled due to the weather. However, the owners contacted the agency on our behalf, and we were only charged for the activities we actually did, while the money for the river tour was refunded to us, which we really appreciated

wonderful, newly opened, clean, quiet, well-kept place. Air conditioning, internet, cosmetics, fragrant bedding, neat with all amenities. The water temperature in the shower can be adjusted. The owner was caring at every stage of our journey. He even helped us when we were in ElNido and were solving the problem after our little scooter accident. books tickets, organizes trips, we came back once again. I highly recommend it!
