Felt like home!

5/5 Felt Like Home From Day One!
We had such a lovely stay at Kulla Apartment! We recently moved to Australia with our family, and finding a comfortable, welcoming place to stay while we searched for our permanent home made such a big difference during a stressful time. Kulla Apartment gave us exactly that, a cozy, home-like space where we could relax and settle in while we figured things out.
Thank you for making a big transition so much easier. We'd happily stay again and recommend Kulla Apartment to any family in a similar situation.

Cons:

The only small thing was the check-out time, which felt a little early for a family with kids, but honestly, it barely put a dent in how much we enjoyed staying here!

Perfect location very comfortable stay with good facilities and outdoor area private .
Pros:

Location , everything available for a short stay relatively clean . Complimentary snack provided and basics needed for cooking . Coffee machine - pods was great .

Cons:

Minor things, some large stains in the blinds , couch was sunken and centre timber frame felt through it . Washing machine did not work properly . The carpet in rooms felt looked dirty . Weird smell upon arrival .

Nice place and if we go back we would consider staying there again.
Pros:

Nice and clean place. Ideal for our group. Helpful people when we required assistance.

Cons:

There were a few things missing in the cupboards (eg cups/mugs and bowls) but when we asked about them, they were very helpful and supplied the things we asked for.

Suitable, comfortable enough, quiet and safe feeling.
Pros:

The price was acceptable. The staff that was around in the morning was friendly and helpful. Was hejpful with bringing things that were missing from the apartment. Laundary washer and dryer that work. The surrounding was quiet and we feel safe.

Cons:

The floors and carpet could be cleaner, Needs attention to vacuming. The second toilet gets very full when flash and takes a bit longer to take the waste away. The fittings on the mattress was too loose in our bedroom. The fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress. Had to fix it every morning.

It was a great location for us, super spacious, private and had all the ammenities we needed.

Cons:

It was soooo dirty!!!!! It looked as though the floor hadn’t been vacuumed / mopped in ages. The bedside tables were super dusty, there were dirty towels in the washing machine, hair all through the shower, some of the cutlery was sticky and had food on it. Looked like it had never been cleaned. The dishwasher absolutely stunk … and the balcony had bits of food on the ground, a clear sign it hadn’t been swept before our arrival.

Comfortable, clean, and great location. Would happily stay again.
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very clean, modern, and had great natural light. The location in Parramatta was convenient too.

Overall a little disappointing
Pros:

Location was great for where we needed to be although we found the property difficult to locate with minimal signage and street numbers weren’t obvious.

Cons:

Premium apartment was advertised as having a king bed, which it did not. Beds were quite firm and not incredible comfortable. We had a rollaway that was made up at the end of the hallway right by the dining table which was unsatisfactory for 3 nights
