Was my birthday so just a quick getaway and couldn’t have had a better time . Would recommend the oaks

Great Stay
Pros:

Feels like you’re in Bali
Pros:

We love Oaks Santai as Casuarina as it feels just like Bali inside the resort without the travel time and expense. Restaurant is great, staff are sensational. Nothing is ever a bother. Fantastic pools and the rooms are well equipped

Staff need training, not value for money at this hotel

Spacious room with natural light.

Cons:

Staff need training. Room keys given to me at check-in did not work. Then each day my room key would not work. Asked for a quiet room only to be disturbed by a crying baby in the room next door. Ordered from Spice Den and asked for no chilli and got a meal with chilli. Nobody clears the rubbish from the pool area until the next day. Not worth the money.

Pros:

Came with our two teenagers. The pools were a hit. Loved being able to cast to the TV. Lovely surroundings.

We didn’t receive any breakfast on our stay

Cons:

The male welcome reception was pretty flat on our arrival.
The bathroom flooded water as there was no shower screening at all. Was quite dangerous for our toddler and had to place towels down to guide the water to the drain.

Some good attention to detail in cleaning and extra touches good bring this place back to its former glory.

Units good use a deep clean. Food stains on cabinet doors etc. Not enough towels for the number of people staying etc.

Everything on hand to make a relaxing holiday…
Pros:

Location was excellent with easy access to beach, shops and walking tracks. Could bbq on your balcony . Fabulous butcher only a short walk away…very central for day drives and proximity to lots of dining options. Staff were very friendly and helpful…loved it here.
