Brilliant is all i can say.
Pros:

Room was exceptional really large and spacious. Had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was fantastic with lots of areas to sit and relax. The restaurant was 10/10 great food and service, and not expensive.

Cons:

nothing i can think of to improve on.

Affordable luxury
Pros:

The hotel has a true Balinese feel with beautiful greenery all around. The rooms are very spacious and self contained, including a washing machine, so it would be great for a long stay. The warm water pool was our favourite. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, tourist spots, supermarket, playgrounds, restaurants.

Welcoming friendly resort.
Pros:

Our unit was beautiful and even had a spare room with ensuite if we wanted guests to stay. Our own balcony BBQ & out door seating. Definitely like a Bali resort vibe! Restaurant on site, lovely pool areas! A special call-out to the front desk staff, professional, welcoming and friendly! Nothing was an issue! Street exits along corridors so you didn’t have to go through reception area! Close to Coles, bakery and cafes! Beach next door! Great place for meet up with friends.

Cons:

Getting Ubers & Taxis without pre booking was a challenge! However, we were told it was similar in surrounding areas. Although coffee facilities were in rooms. I would have loved a cap & go hole in the wall type cafe on site & in the mornings sit by the pool area getting ready for the day!

Very relaxing mini get away for us.
Pros:

Loved the heated pool, loved the spa, great location, super relaxing

Cons:

weird little window in the shower that opened up when the toilet door was closed .. would rather just have a shower not be concerned that someone wanting to wash their hands or take a bath would get a flash!

Great for a quick weekend getaway
Pros:

It’s all contained around the pool & the restaurant. Splurge & get a pool access room.

Lovely property and great restaurant.
Pros:

This is a lovely property. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The onsite restaurant is great - good service and the food is lovely. Close proximity to the beach and a shopping centre. We have stayed before and would stay again.

Cons:

It took us 45 minutes to check in. There was an issue with our car space and then we had to wait for 15 minutes in the car park while they sorted out another room for us. I had to go back up to reception to find out what was going on. From the time we arrived to when we actually got in our room it was 45 minutes. Two trainees on reception. Also, as lovely as the rooms are I am not a fan of open plan bathrooms. There is no privacy - you can pull a curtain around the bath area which all that separates the rest of the room from the bathroom.
