Pros:

The apartment is very close to the beach which is nice

Cons:

The staff is rude, you're only given three towels for six people and then they argue with you telling you that they gave you six and want to come in and inspect the apartment, there's no condiments hardly at all in the kitchen which is strange for a three bedroom apartment and very little cooking utensils.

We had a lovely stay. Great location
Pros:

The apartment was lovely and spacious. The outdoor area was fabulous with wonderful views. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stored our bags at reception until checkin time.
Apartment was clean. Cooking facilities had everything we needed.

Cons:

Showing it’s age. Carpet had stains.

Great location
Pros:

Location was fantastic after reading some negatives review I was a bit apprehensive but the room was great clean and well maintained we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Cons:

Nothing everything was great only thing to take note was booking for 7 people didn't include 7 beds we had to add a fold away bed at extra cost.

we loved the apartment, it was very spacious and clean. the decoration was modern and contemporary.
Pros:

I was given directions to the reception desk via text. On arrival the reception staff were friendly and were able to look after our bags till our check in time. check in was very smooth. it was all very easy

Coogee is a great location however we won’t stay in these apartments again.
Pros:

It was quite spacious & had undercover parking although you had to get out of the car to fob open the gates.

Cons:

U804-Oven was broken & did not work properly. Shower was quite small in the ensuite and shower head low. Beds were rock hard. No TV in main bedroom. Thought we had booked beachfront rooms as per the photos on site but got a busy street room. Very deceptive advertising for the price point. Was very disappointed.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The beds were comfortable and the space was very large

Cons:

The a/c did not work well/properly the day we arrived. It was very hot and humid, and the rental unit was very warm. I emailed the day we got there, but did not get a reply, but someone did show up on the 2nd day to try to fix it, but the AC never worked well the whole time we were there. When I'm paying over $2000 for 3 nights in a city where it is hot, I expect a functioning AC unit. The unit itself was old and the carpet was gross and was well past the point of needing to be replaced. I ran into housekeeping and asked for some toilet paper as we had ran out. She gave me one roll for two washrooms. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towel and tissues as none were provided. I do not recommend spending your money for this accommodation. We should have known as when we arrived and were waiting to get the keys another patron came out of the building and when we asked if it were amazing, he told us not even close.

Great location, but each apartment can be very different.
Pros:

Location is wonderful, right next to beach. Parking is easy.

Cons:

There was no coffee machine for the first 3 days, was being repaired. The air conditioner is on a timer. It was supposed to last 7 hours. Wrong only 2 or three. Then you had to click reset or open the fuse box and reset fuse. Rubbish I say, It was hot too. We paid 600 a night, it should work all the time and not have a timer. Bearly enough plates.

The room was located at the front of the hotel right next to a very busy road, not able to get much sleep. I would recommend if you stay here confirm where your room is located before you book.

Carefully look at the location of the apartment when booking as a lot are directly on a busy road.
Pros:

Inside the apartment was lovely and had everything we needed. The beds we very comfortable. The staff were amazingly helpful.

Cons:

This was not the apartment that we thought we had booked, it was right on a busy road which was very loud all the time, especially with very frequent buses and motorbikes.
