customer service was terrible

Cons:

The customer service was terrible. Despite repeated requests for early check-in, the day before my arrival I was told to go to the property to get confirmation. They made me arrive four hours early for no reason, only to tell me no, when this could have been communicated via chat. I had to wait outside the hotel for four hours due to their complete inefficiency. Very rude attitude.

The property is very old. The rooms do not have proper windows, so light comes in early in the morning and it is difficult to sleep. In the kitchen I found dirty dishes, clearly not washed, and overall the cleanliness is mediocre.

The only real advantage is the price: it is probably the cheapest place in Sydney. The only reason to stay here is the cost.

Our family had a great holiday, close to all amenities.
Pros:

Easy from start to finish. The view was amazing, to the beach which was great. lots of glasses, large tea cups would have been a bonus as the ones provided were quite small.

Cons:

A few condiments like salt and pepper would have been useful. The 2 rooms without a fan got quite hot, if you closed the door.

Fantastic location and comfortable stay for a family.
Pros:

Location was great. Parking was easy and accessible. Layout and space in apartment was great.

Loved our stay. Perfect for a family. Public transport, restaurants and beach are so close!!
Pros:

The location is superb! There really could not be a better one! My first unit (706) was just perfect!

Cons:

It was disappointing to change units after two nights., particularly when the 2nd unit was less superior to the original.
It was quite difficult in the pouring rain to enter the car park. To operate electric gate, meant leaving the vehicle, this in torrential rain was tough!!!

Best Beach Holiday
Pros:

Loved that it sits next to and overlooks Coogee Beach and Park. Loved the spaciousness and furnishings in our apartment. Our balcony was massive & shaded by pines overlooking the ocean with dining table and seating for 4 and 2 sun lounges and room to spare.

Lounge and dining room look over the sea and super comfy lounges and internet TV and free WIFI and parking

Excellently equipped large kitchen although we chose to walk to cafes and restraunts. Coogee to Maroubra walk begins on your doorstep as does Coogee to Bondi walk. Bus stop outside takes you to Bondi and the city.

Cons:

Water damage, inside was old and run down, carpet was work and had ripples in it, looks like they only to essential maintenance and don’t maintain things proactively.

Needs attention
Pros:

I like location , bedding was great, kitchen equipment was great , big TV but not instruction to use Chanel 9 or 7 only Netflix we can manage to figure out.

Cons:

Place is great for family but all property needs to be repainted, bathroom taps are leaking so old .air-conditioning ventilations hasn't been clean for years
Blinds so old ....with a little money thay can improve a bit refresher and repaints.
I would not stay there again
