Atendimento do garçom, muito atencioso. Água quente , tamanho do quarto

Televisão não funcionou e quando fui pedir uma solução, fui informada que o problema era na empresa terceirizada. Limpeza deixou a desejar. O quarto parecia que não foi higienizado, lençol com mancha de já ter sido utilizado. Ar condicionado com um barulho horrível. Banheiro com crosta de sujeira no Box. Não recebemos sabonetes . Pedi uma porção de camarão alho e óleo e parecia ser requentado, camarão mole e quebrando. Estava longe de ser bom

TV não é smart, tentei ligar pro ramal pra pedir comida no quarto mas o telefone no quarto não tava funcionado.

Pros:

Hotel tem um bom custo benefício na acomodação. O quarto estava limpo e organizado. O atendimento na recepção também foi muito bom. Não tive problemas com barulho.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ter uma reposição com maior constância e frequência e o quarto poderia dispor de espelho em outro ambiente que não fosse somente o banheiro, bem como poderia ter o frigobar abastecido.

Pros:

Hotel novo, ótima estrutura, pessoal bem simpático e profissional. Fica longe de qualquer cidade da região, mas para quem está de carro é equidistante das atrações de Piranhas, Xingó, Petrolândia e Paulo Afonso.
