Tem uma vista linda
Pros:

A vista muito linda.

Cons:

O sofá cama não era muito bom, dava para sentir um pouco a madeira. O vaso sanitário sempre entupindo, não e a toa que já tinha desentupidor do lado do vaso. Achei ruim a altura da banheira, quando saia do box para fora, acho necessário uma escada para segurança. O deck precisa de reforma, tinha que ter cuidado ao andar por ele, eu mesma quase pisei em um prego. No mais e um lugar muito bom, só precisa dessas melhorias para qualidade da estadia.

Nós estávamos em 3, no quarto tem a cama de casal e na sala o sofá cama... Porém que não tinha a roupa de cama para quem ia dormir no sofá. Tivemos que pedir na portaria

Cons:

Matei baratas todos os dias, várias todos os dias.
Inicialmente estava sem TV no quarto, sem secador de cabelo, sem ferro de passar roupas. Ar condicionado vazava muita água.
Sofá não dá para sentar pois a assento está velho ou vencido.
Corredor externo cheira a comida e é engordurado.
Tolhas trocadas vinham fedendo, fedendo mesmo.
Enfim, quase sem higiene.
