Location. Communication. Easy checkin
The location was great for me, in between the train station and the airport bus stop. It was a large room with kitchen facilities, although with my train arriving late, I only had it for a few hours, so I cannot comment on the area for either the dining options or noise issues.
The establishment made clear in its correspondence that there would be no staff to meet me, so I am not complaining about that, but the on-line check-in was not convient for me, since it was not available until the morning of my arrival. At that time I was on a train with no internet. I could only do it shortly before arriving in Halifax.

Noise and the logout process. I never got a link to logout so I send them a message using this platform of our check out time (10:40 am) and 2 days later I keep on getting the following message: Thank you for letting us know. Have all guests and belongings fully vacated the
suite? Once you confirm, we can notify Housekeeping. This will not change the
reservation or access end times.

Window on main floor was broken & wouldnt open

De AI gestuurde checkin en hoeveelheid berichten maakten het inchecken verwarrend en vermoeiend. Het was een onpersoonlijke ervaring. Als ik dit vooraf had geweten had ik een ander verblijf gekozen.
The suite had everything we needed in it, and we were comfortable there. The beds and pillows and towels, in particular, were very nice! Super comfortable. We really appreciated that a lot of thought had been given to providing us with what we would need during our stay (hangers, a fan in each room, lots of dishes, pots and pans, a cheese grater, cutting boards, etc.). We would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
The island in our room and the throw rug both were a little worn. The knives and scissors were dull, and it was hard to cut literally anything!
Big two bed room , comfy lounge area
No washing machine, abit cold and temperature control dont work. Everyone on same wifi, could control others TVs.
Very very very noisy. Well beyond what you would expect from the hotel description in the website. The room itself was very tight with almost no room to open the luggage. It was clean and nice but the noise, which came from some heating or cooling machine close to our room windows, was unbearable. And it didn't came from the night bars which were surprisingly quite. The reference in the website is totally misleading.
The hotel was really automatic. Even if in the website it is said the that for the morning shift hours there will be one staff available. We needed the hotel to pick up a parcel carrying medicines which should arrive the same day than we had the check-in. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no way to arrange for a pick-up.
Location is superb and the apartment is super modern and very well equipped
Parking not available but we found nearby but quite expensive (CDN$45). The operator lowers expectations before arrival to the point where we were not sure if we had done the right thing booking here. In fact everything was near perfect - they should have more confidence in their excellent product.

reines Online Hotel / Kein Personal / wichtig ist, sich mit den Online-Vorgängen gut zu beschäftigen !! Vor der Unterkunft darf man nur kurz zum Be- und Entladen halten. Achtung !! Politessen stehen stets in der Nähe
Great location in Downtown Halifax.the facilities are excellent, great kitchen and access to washing machines
The noise insulation between the rooms isn't the best. Could near the next room through the unsealed joint of the interior kitchen wall and the outside brick wall. Could also hear the ice machine vibrating the floor from above.all night. Ear plugs did the job though.
