Kleines, feines Apartment mitten im Zentrum
Pros:

Grossartige Lage mitten im Zentrum. Gleich um die Ecke die Fussgängerzone/Ausgangsmeile, und in 5 Minuten war man am Pier. Gemütliches, kleines Studio. Nichts besonderes, aber gut.

Cons:

Unterkunft kann da nichts dafür, aber vor dem Hauseingang war ständig ein Kiffer. Der Gestank lag auch in der Lobby in der Luft.

Rooms are nice with an industrial feel in older building with alley-like entrance.
Pros:

Nice room size and with love seat, kitchenette and counter.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioner, no lobby, entrance seems like it’s in an ally, windows too high for a few.

The apartments are beautifully renovated but the loud noise from the bar directly below is a big negative.
Pros:

The apartment was exceptionally clean & the kitchen well equipped. The free washing machine & dryer available to use was amazing. Location is great for exploring Halifax

Cons:

The noise! Our apartment was on the 6th floor and faced out towards Argyle Street. Directly below is a large open air bar. At 8pm the loud music starts & doesn’t stop until 12pm. You can’t even watch TV due to the volume of the music. For this reason I would not recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for quiet enjoyment during their stay.

Shower floor not properly sloped resulting in most water not draining but remaining in shower or flowing onto bathroom floor.
No housekeeping provided for a three night visit.
Air conditioner unit had difficulty keeping room cool.

Pros:

Very comfortable well appointed apartment in the heart of Downtown Halifax. Close to Argyle St dining area and walking distance to The Citadel, Art Gallery and Waterfront. 10 minutes walk to airport shuttle bus and casino. Comfortable bed and large walk in hot shower.

Pros:

Convenient location for downtown Halifax. Online check in and access using the codes provided worked well. The secure luggage room was useful. The kitchen was well equipped and the sitting area was pleasant. Earplugs were kindly provided on the nightstand! (*Do take the description of the nightlife in the area seriously.)

Cons:

Our suite was split level, with a fairly steep, narrow staircase that did not have a full handrail. The bedroom and toilet were upstairs, as well as an office area, but the shower was downstairs. This was not apparent when we booked. Taking our suitcases upstairs would have been too difficult. It was also challenging to find a convenient drop off / pick up point, but there are some loading zone spaces around the corner on Blowers St that saved the day.
