Not what we expected.
Pros:

Ease of access close to restaurants.

Cons:

Very noisy ac unit. Bed was in a corner. Very few electric outlets. Dated...round carpet was in tatters. Concrete floor.

Clean, comfortable and close to the harbour
Pros:

Close to everything downtown, clean, comfortable and easy.

The noise from nearby nightclubs (earplugs helped a little) and lack of onsite parking.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Terrific location and very clean and comfortable rooms. Especially enjoyed the laundry facilities at the complex.

Cons:

Parking around the site is difficult and unfortunately our rooms cooking exhaust fan did not work and as such we could not use the cooking facilities.

Very disappointed in how customer service handled our issue.
Pros:

The location was great, close to restaurants.

Cons:

When we arrived, it was ok. Not as nice as the pictures for advertising, but ok. But the price then seemed steep.
We dropped off our stuff and went for supper. When we returned and started getting resdy to relax for the ni, that's when we really noticed things.

First off, the coffee maker still had a used k-cup in it.. gross.. how long has that been in there.
Then I went upstairs to use the washroom and there was different hairs in the sink, maybe from two different people. And then thats when I noticed the bed.. it also had hairs noticeable on the white comforter. And a black smudge under the blankets that I assumed was someone's makeup.. like someone made the bed after the previous stay and sheets weren't washed..

Thats when I said ok, I longer feel like sleeping here. My husband and I left around 11:30pm that night. Didn't sleepover. Thankfully we only lived 45 minutes and drove home. Not to mention it was our anniversary, we don't get much time to ourselves having 3 children elementary aged.
I contacted them to let them know. They replied with it was our choice to leave, and it was a housekeeping issue not theirs and thanks for bringing it to their attention. I sent another email explaining it in more detail and they choose not to reply at all after that.
I really wish I would have taken pictures as evidence, but that wasn't on my mind at the time.
So thats why I'm leaving this review. I gave them the chance to help make it right. Some how, I didn't expect a full refund. But anything would have been better then silence and a poor excuse it wasn't their fault.

Pros:

Suite 403 was great for our young family. The window in the larger bedroom faced a beer garden over a wall, but did not hear a peep on a Tuesday night. The second bedroom is far away from the bar, so wouldn't expect any noise issues even on a rowdy night. Well stocked kitchen and would stay here again.

It was wonderful--beautiful, comfortable--got a great nights sleep, and well situated in Halifax.
Pros:

We loved the layout of the suite, it felt like we could have made it home for quite a while. We love how it was decorated and loved the location, the ability to store the luggage before taking possession of the room and for a long time after check out, and the fact that you provided locks. I also appreciated how you sent to my email and cell phone directions for opening everything that needed to be opened.

Cons:

To tell you the truth, When I saw the outside of the hotel, I gasped and wanted to ask our taxi driver to take us to another hotel. In fact I think I did. The outside of the hotel scared me, but my partner said let's just go in and look inside and when we did, it was such a spectacular surprise. It was beautiful, nicely done ,and we could have stayed for a long time.The only negative thing I can say about it is that we noticed there is a lip on the floor at the top of the stairs, and felt someone could trip on it and fall. Just be careful and enjoy this beautiful place!

Barring the issue with access all was good.

The location, studio well equipped.

Cons:

First time access. Had to contact customer service as entry code never worked and did not during our stay. Alternate method did- thankfully. This is a frustrating experience especially when one has travelled far and is tired.

Pros:

Sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet (vollständige Küchenzeile), alles fussläufig erreichbar

Cons:

Leider ist das mit dem angekündigten „lebhaften“ Ausgehviertel wirklich so. Unser Zimmer war zu der Straße mit den Kneipen und das ist tatsächlich sehr laut. Wer selbst gerne feiert und die Nacht zum Tag macht ist hier bestimmt super aufgehoben und auch alle anderen, die die vielleicht nicht sehr geräuschempfindlich sind. Für alle anderen gilt….die Musik ist so laut, dass man das Gefühl hat mittendrin zu liegen.
