Pros:

Very communicative, easy instructions to follow for entry. Nice lobby/public spaces and cute modern comfortable rooms, free parking. Not extremely close to downtown, but not too far, a nice long walk or quick cab ride to get around. Appreciated the easy updates and instructions via whatsapp.

Ganz nett
Pros:

The room itself was good.
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Enough storage options in the room.

Cons:

The water in the shower took a while to get warm. The walls are really thin so you can hear if other guests nearby have their tv turned on or are talking. There are stairs leading from the entrance to the lobby (difficult with luggage). Check in and out information was provided mostly via WhatsApp which is not ideal since scammers tend to use that way of communication (I was not comfortable clicking on any links).

Pros:

Really liked the hotel, was super comfortable to attend the conference in the centre. The room is small but comfortable, the bed is good, there's everything you might need in the room. Clean, comfortable, great staff. Really liked the kitchen area downstairs, very nicely designed :)

Great location with super friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Definitely something worth pointing out cause it can be rare these days! The room was comfy and very tidy. Also a great location to explore Quebec by foot as it isn’t too far to walk to the centre.

Cons:

Nothing to say here

Pros:
