Important information:

Please note that there is no reception or service staff at the property. These studios are self-catered. You will receive the studio's number and the entry code on your mobile phone via text message on the day of arrival.

Please note that the apartments are only cleaned after every 5th night. Linen and towels are provided.
Concerning pets, we need to know their number, please note that is 10 franc per animal.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Pros:

Le studio était très propre et spacieux, confortable et avec tout le necessaire. L'emplacement est également très bon, à quelques minutes en voiture de plusieurs sites et activités. Le staff est accueillant et de bon conseil en ce qui concerne cette magnifique région.

Un week end parfait à Charmey
Pros:

Résidence parfaite pour un week end au coeur de Charmey, le personnel est très agréable, tout proche des thermes, des télécabines, de la fromagerie, des bons restaurants.
Propreté, machine à café et petit déjeuner complet et très bon pour 19 frs/personne

Sehr schönes und ruhiges kleines Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage.
Pros:

Gute und ruhige Lage im Ferienort Charmey nahe der Seilbahn, neu renoviertes kleines Hotel Garni (Frühstück mit abendlicher Vorbestellung verfügbar) mit schönen, sauberen modern und zweckmässig eingerichteten Zimmern. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sehr freundliches Personal. Kostenlose und geräumige Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus. Die Therme Charmey und vier Restaurants können leicht zu Fuss erreicht werden
(Hinweis zur Anfahrt : Im Ort auf der Kantonalstrasse bis zur Seilbahn - Abzweig "La Petite Fin" fahren, der Abzweig im Ort, den die Navigationssysteme anzeigen endet in einer Sackgasse)

Cons:

Es gibt keine echten Mankos. Die einzige Kleinigkeit die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestalten könnte, wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank und etwas mehr Schrankraum im Zimmer.
Verbesserungspotenzial besteht eher auf der Buchungsseite von Booking.Com. Hier wurde das Hotel zunächst korrekt als Hotel mit Personal und Restaurant angezeigt (Fast korrekt - es handelt sich um ein Hotel Garni und damit Frühstücks-Restaurant samt Room Service). Nach dem kostenpflichtigen Buchungsprozess sprang die Anzeige dann plötzlich auf "Keine Rezeption, Selbstversorger, Zugang nur mit SMS PIN ??? - das war irreführend, entsprach nicht den Tatsachen (freundliches Personal war vor Ort) und es wäre ausserdem inakzeptabel, wenn man das erst nach der kostenpflichtigen Buchung erfährt.

Une belle découverte et un excellent rapport qualité/prix! Un établissement très agréable...
Pros:

Hôtel entièrement remis à neuf en 2025, dans le joli village de Charmey. Super accueil et magnifique petit déjeuner, les propriétaires ont été aux petits soins pour nous... Idéal pour les familles!
