Poderia ser melhor
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, e a varanda de frente para o mar é o diferencial do apartamento.

Cons:

Apartamento conjugado com mobília antiga de madeira, lençóis antigos e com mau cheiro. A TV não é smart e também parece que os lençóis não são lavados adequadamente. As cortinas tinham teias de aranha. Na varanda, faltou uma mesa com cadeiras pra contemplar a vista e proporcionar uma experiência melhor.

A cama e desconfortável, travesseiros precisa ser trocado,chuveiro nao esquenta bem,a porta do quarto se nao fechar bem ela abre sozinha ,,elevadores sempre quebrando, na foto mostra um apartamento totalmente ao contrário do que fiquei hospedada,achei uma propaganda inganosa

Tive uma excelente experiência no Flat Costa Mar. Estive hospedada com meu esposo e adoramos nossa estadia.

A localização é simplesmente maravilhosa, de frente para o mar, proporcionando uma vista incrível e um ambiente muito tranquilo e agradável. O flat é aconchegante, limpo, bem organizado e oferece todo o conforto necessário para uma estadia tranquila.

Foi um lugar perfeito para descansar e aproveitar momentos especiais. Com certeza voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade e recomendamos a todos que procuram um local confortável, bem localizado e com uma vista privilegiada para o mar. Nossa experiência foi excelente!

O apartamento em si è ótimo, com uma belíssima vista para o mar, é aconchegante, limpeza 10, as meninas da limpeza super atenciosas, lençóis limpos e toalhas de banho também, o prédio é bem localizado, perto de tudo que agente precisa, shopping Guararapes a dois passos, padaria globo aonde podemos saborear um café da manhã incrível, restaurante pra todos os gostos e tudo pertinho. June è a pessoa responsável pelo o apartamento, achei incrível, muito atenciosa e disponível, sempre procurando saber se agente precisava de alguma coisa, amei ❤️ . Portaria vinte quatro horas, os rapazes da portaria muito atentos. Tudo ótimo.

Cons:

O que não gostei é que o condomínio não oferece um café da manhã nem serviço de restaurante, pra quem procura uma comodidade de hotel, lá não vai encontrar, o prédio em si está precisando de muitas reparações, vi que tem um restaurante grande mas no momento não está funcionando, o bar da picina também não funciona, e dos três elevadores somente um funcionava, mas essa problemática com certeza depende da mal admiração do condomínio, espero que consigam fazer uma boa melhoria.

Limpeza do local, toalhas manchadas,, lixo embaixo da cama, frigobar extremamente barulhento, a roupa de cama com cheiro estranho e travesseiros manchados.
De todos os lugares que fiquei nesta viagem, este é o único que eu não indico.
