We came to relax for one night but left more exhausted than when we arrived.
Pros:

The pool was nice and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, that was not enough to make up for the overall experience.

We came here for just one night to relax and unwind, but unfortunately it turned into the opposite.
Before our stay, we asked several questions when making the booking, but none of them were answered.
On Sunday morning at 7:00 AM, the fire alarm went off throughout the entire hotel at full volume and continued for around 15 minutes before the issue was resolved. It then went off two more times shortly afterwards. Our 3-year-old was terrified, started crying, and was too frightened to settle down afterwards.
To make matters worse, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:00 AM even though we were checking out that same day. It felt completely unnecessary after such a stressful morning.
We booked this stay to rest for one day, but instead we left feeling more exhausted than when we arrived. Our daughter's sleep schedule and mood were completely disrupted, and what was meant to be a relaxing break became a very stressful experience. Customer service throughout the stay was disappointing.

Tolle Anlage.
Pros:

Super moderne und saubere Zimmer. Super Lage mit dem Pool und vor allem dem Kinderpunsch

Cons:

In der ersten Nacht gab es leider durch junge Leute viel Party und Geschrei. Dies wurde aber am nächsten Tag durch den Chef geregelt und er war bemüht eine Lösung zu finden.

Everything was excellent. The Panas Villa's complex is newly built and very well maintained. The swimming pool is new, clean, and a great size. Our room was spacious and included a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The bathroom was also large and comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Cons:

The main issue was the lack of supervision after 6:00pm, when the reception closed. The complex was largely occupied by groups of young people who played loud music, drank alcohol, and made a lot of noise around the pool area late into the evening. This made it difficult to relax and enjoy an otherwise nice property.
