Cleaner could have been a bit more thorough but that’s it.

We do not recommend for renting. The property is in a very poor condition. The windows are dirty. The mold is in the bathroom. The windows are dirty. The mold is in the bathroom. The apartment stinks. There is garbage under the beds. The floor and walls are cracked. The portable A/C is noisy and only available in living room.

The kitchen sink had a bad smell which lingered through the apartment but upon telling the tenant she was very apologetic and sweet about it. She apologized for it and was very sincere.

They were "maintaining" the prooerty upon our arrival. I had booked for 3 nights much in advance so they had plenty of time to organize the property versus maintaining it at our arrival. Nothing was set up on time. It was 30 degrees outside and they were using portable ACs in the living room and 1 bedroom. The second bedroom had no AC. The ACs were tripping every 2 minutes. The place was old, suffocating and smelling. The floor was uneven with old carpets trying to hide the issues. The TV wasn't working, the fridge was hot and smelly, there was only shampoo provided in the toilet which was also smelly. We left within 1 hour of being on the property. They expected us to wait in the sweltering heat for maintenance to come and "fix" the problems. They refused a refund. We left anyways. We lost our money but id rather that then suffication or heat stroke. After 3 days, they sent a message telling us "we hope you enjoyed your stay, please leave a positive review" ... right! They knew we left within the hour of our arrival! Booking.com kindly vet the properties you allow on your portal better!

There is no air conditioning in the whole apartment, there are 2 portable AC units, one located in the living room the other one in the further bedroom and they weren't sufficient to cool the apartment.
All noise from the apartment upstairs can be heard

Filthy, poor repair, hot, not like photos, noisy from upstairs

During our stay as a family of 7, we experienced several serious issues that significantly impacted our comfort and ability to use the accommodation. The toilet was not functioning properly and repeatedly failed to flush, and the bathroom sink was also not draining correctly. In addition, the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and disruptive.

We contacted the property service agent around 7:00 AM EST via Booking.com to report these urgent problems but did not receive a response until approximately 9:30 AM EST, despite multiple follow-ups. Given our 11:00 AM checkout time, this delay left very limited opportunity for any resolution.

Although we were later informed that maintenance would be dispatched, no one arrived before we checked out at around 10:30 AM EST. As a result, the issues remained unresolved and significantly affected our stay experience for our entire family.

The cleaning had not been done when we arrived (blooded tissue in trash , bed sheet on the floor, open cans on nightstands, hairs in beds ..) . When notified, the property did not do anything... Open toothpaste on the sink, some dirty fork randomly in the sink, etc, etc...

Picture on ad also widely misleading: don't expect a ray of sunlight. The bathtub is in atrocious condition,and so is the sofa bed.

At the same time, people upstairs were locked outside their rooms because the digital lock on their floor had no more batteries..
