Pros:

Great location for students at uni. Simple non fussy access and departure process. Reasonable price. Quiet. got a few good nights sleep.

Cons:

Could do with a deep clean. But it was ok nothing really bad.

Unnerreichbarer Vermieter weder über WhatsApp noch Anruf noch jeglichen Rückruf oder Email. Musste die Nacht da ich in die Wohnung nicht kam draußen verbringen

Fuer eine derart dreckige Unterkunft ist der Preis nicht gerechtfertigt.
Pros:

Schluessel konnte ab 12 anstatt 14 Uhr uebernommen werden

Cons:

Das Schlaf/Wohnzimmer war gesaugt aber ansonsten waren die hyginischen standards sehr niedrig. Die Wohnung war leider ungepflegt und Bad und Kueche verdreckt. Die Duschwanne war sichtbar verdreckt, ich reinigte sie nach einem langem Abreitstag notduerftig. Das Wasser in der Dusche floss nicht ab sondern sickerte nur. Das war angesichts der dreckigen Dusche extrem unangenehm. Ich bat dies zu beheben und um Rueckmeldung, da ich auch fuer die Dusche zahle. Ich bekam keine Antwort. Das Bad riecht uebel, höchstwahrscheinlich aus dem Abfluss. Das Geschirr hatte noch kleinere Essenreste anhaftend. Ich habe es nicht genutzt. Die Bettdecke mindestens einen Fleck (genau wollte ich sie mir nicht anschauen). Ich hätte mir die Erfahrung liebend gern erspart.

Wenn es günstiger wäre würde ich wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Lage war ok, die Busse fuhren regelmäßig, es war auch möglich zu Fuss in die Innenstadt zu gehen , Bett war bequem. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und auch Tee war vorhanden.

Cons:

es lag überall Sperrmüll rum, die Nachbarn Wohnungen waren teilweise laut, das Waschbecken war alt mit Rost. Es war staubig, Tassen waren noch mit Kaffee Flecken.

Good location but not very clean
Pros:

The location was good - close to the university buildings. The stove, electric kettle and fridge meant it was possible to prepare food in the room.

Cons:

The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. The place needs a deep clean. The bedsheets were worn and had a hole in them. The door to the balcony did not close properly and there was a draft.

It is a scam. I paid for 4 nights, did not receive any check-in info, and had to book somewhere else
Pros:

Nothing can be positive if the apartment is inaccessible

Cons:

I have been scammed. I did not receive information on where to find the key and I had to book another hotel the same evening I arrived, after checking in was impossible. The day after I contacted them to get a cancellation and a refund and they refused. They literally stole 203 euros for four nights, and Booking.com cannot force them to accept the cancellation and refund me.

Small and comfortable
Pros:

It was nice that it had a little kitchen where one could cook or prepare some food. The WiFi worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It just had a slim see-through curtain. The day light shines bright into the room and one cannot sleep that well if one wants to sleep till late morning.

I had a horrible experience, unfortunately.

Cons:

Horrible and unprofessional behavior on behalf of the owner. Initially, nobody was there when I went to the place, not even the apartment at number 8 of the street according to the reservation confirmation. I panicked and tried several times to communicate with booking/com. They promised to help me although they didn't do much. After two hours while I was walking around trying to find someone to help me, the owner (the telephone on the confirmation didn't reply) sent me an email in German (NOT IN ENGLISH) saying that the apartment was at number 14 instead of 8 and that I would find the key in a lockbox at the front of the place. The key was not there. A passenger helped me because I was totally panicked and he managed to find the key which was hidden.
The owner never appeared even to apologize and also to give me (or send me an email )with the wifi code. So during my stay I didn't have access to wifi.
