Extremely hot, dirty, insecure and completely unsuitable for a comfortable night’s sleep.
Pros:

The location was convenient for my meeting the following morning. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of my stay.

Cons:

The room reached 35.7–38.3°C while it was only around 20°C outside. The window only opened a few centimetres, making it impossible to ventilate the room properly. The kitchen had no extraction, making it impossible to cook without filling the apartment with heat and cooking fumes. The only fan provided was extremely dusty and unhygienic.

The building also raised security concerns. While I was entering the access code, a group of young people simply forced the main entrance door open without using any code. Outside the building there were cigarette butts everywhere, people begging in the street, and a strong smell of what appeared to be cannabis near the rear entrance. Loud music continued late into the evening, and I also saw people walking around the corridors wearing only their underwear.

I immediately requested a full refund because I considered the room unsuitable for an overnight stay. Booking.com contacted the property, but the property refused to approve the refund. I therefore had no realistic option but to spend the night in these unacceptable conditions. I genuinely do not understand how this property has such a high review score.

Berlín gigante
Pros:

Departamento con buen acceso por transporte público, cómodo y luminoso.

Cons:

La ubicación es en un zona con bastante movimiento y muy cerca de tren, pero cerrando bien las ventanas no molesta.

Pros:

Había leído malos comentarios y fui con un poco de miedo. Pero la verdad es que me sorprendió. La ubicación es muy buena. A media cuadra de la estación del tren y a 2 de la del subte. Nosotros alquilamos bicicletas y nos movimos para todos lados de esa manera. Está lleno de parques, bares, restaurantes, disquerías y tiendas de segunda mano cerca. Cuando entramos a la habitación, estaba muy limpia, al igual que el baño y la cocina. El tamaño es cómodo para 2 personas. Cuenta con cocina, con utensilios básicos. La ducha funcionaba bárbaro. Si bien cuando llegamos no andaba el microondas, a la hora de mandar un mensaje reclamándolo tenía a una persona en la puerta de la habitación instalando un microondas nuevo. Nosotros nos quedamos cinco días y la verdad es que fue muy cómodo.

Cons:

No había enchufes en la habitación, solo 3. Ninguno cerca de la cama.
Si bien no lo anuncian ni lo venden de esta manera, no tiene aire acondicionado y es como una pecera, vidriada. Es caluroso.
El edificio sí está particulamente descuidado, parece ser acceso a viviendas también.
Se encuentra ubicado frente a la estación de tren, es ruidoso para dormir.

Pros:

Sehr verkehrsgünstig an der Ringbahn gelegen. Im türkischen Supermarkt schräg gegenüber gab es ausreichend Lebensmittel für das Frühstück zu kaufen. Moderne funktionale Ausstattung, ich fand es gemütlich. Die Küchenausstattung im Appartement genügt für die Basics der Selbstverpflegung. Betten waren eher fest und gut zum Schlafen. Das Duschbad ist sehr schön, modern und sauber.

Cons:

Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht gut, macht aber immerhin Wasser heiß. Bei offenem Fenster ist die S-Bahn deutlich zu hören (auch nachts), aber Ohrstöpsel lagen auf den Betten bereit.
Der Buchungsprozess und die Freischaltung des Zugangs zum Zimmer sind komplett AI-gesteuert über Mails - schön, wenn es auf Anhieb funktioniert, aber bei mir gingen die Links zunächst nicht, und dadurch wurde es umständlich.

Centrally located. The room was clean.

Cons:

We stayed for 1 week. The microwave did not work and was not replaced. We asked several times. Some pans are not suitable for induction cookers. Electric blinds did not work. Outside security to enter the building is non existant. .

Für den Preis erwarte ich besseren Service.

Die Lage war super.

Cons:

Es gab bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur keine Klimaanlage und das Fenster war defekt, sodass man es nur kippen konnte.
Der bereitgestellte Ventilator hat nichts gebracht.
An der Hotline hat man nur einen Bot erreicht und ein Zimmertausch war daher nicht möglich.
Auf Anfrage beim Housekeeping haben wir dann einen zweiten Ventilator bekommen, was mehr schlecht als recht geholfen hat.

Dass die zweite Nacht kostenlos storniert wurde. Die Nähe zur S-Bahn.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat keine Klimaanlage, die Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen (Griff abmontiert und zusätzlich verschraubt) und es ist Sommer. An Schlaf somit nicht zu denken. Neben der Hitze ist es durch die mangelnde Belüftung auch sehr stickig.

Nicht noch einmal.
Pros:

Nach an der S-Bahn

Cons:

Betten durchgelegen und quietschen bei jeder Bewegung.
Keine Klima.
Sehr laut, sowohl die Lautstärke von der Straße aus, als auch das Türenknallen vom Flur aus.
