Die digitale Anlage zur Öffnung der Tür war defekt. Wir kontaktierten daraufhin die genannte Notnummer. Dort wurde zuerst behauptet, dass es einen solchen Fehler nicht gibt. Darauf schickten wir ein Foto des Fehlers. Es dauerte und wir standen in der Hitze. Dann kam eine Reaktion per WhatsApp. Das System müsse neu gestartet werden. Wir versuchten die Nummer anzurufen und wurden immer wieder weggedrückt, bis wir die Nachricht bekamen, dass wir das anrufen bitte unterlassen sollen.
So warteten wir weiter und wurden schließlich zu Burger King geschickt. Dort würden wir Ersatzschlüssel bekommen.
Im Burger King wusste niemand Bescheid, so dass wir wieder warten mussten, bis wir letztlich endlich unsere Schlüssel bekommen haben.

Eine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht. Stattdessen eine unfreundliche und unprofessionelle Kommunikation.

Der Fehler, der anscheinend noch nie aufgetreten war und in 30 Minuten behoben sein sollte, war noch spät abends nicht behoben. Noch am nächsten Morgen hatte ein anderer Gast das gleiche Problem.

Wir werden nicht mehr kommen.

- direkt ggü befindet sich ein Supermarkt

Cons:

- ich habe ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss bekommen mit bodentiefen Fenstern im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Ich musste die ganze Zeit über die Rolläden ziemlich weit herunterlassen, um Privatsphäre zu haben. Hier sollten am besten Folien an die Fenster angebracht werden, um sie etwas blickdichter zu gestalten.
