Nice apartment but if you want to go to bed before midnight

Brilliant room and location which was let down by reception and missing items.
Pros:

This is our 5th stay at the Odysea. Amazing view, close to the local bus stops and large clean rooms.

Cons:

We arrived on a Sunday and had some questions. We tried 4 ways of contacting staff and there was no response. We had to wait 2 days to see anyone on reception, and there was no response to my questions. There was a cushion missing from the outdoor chair, and no washing line which was reported on the second day of the holiday when reception was open. This was not sorted before we flew home, so the chair was unusable and we were unable to dry our clothes effectively, bearing in mind there is a washing machine in the room. Therefore the full room services were not available to us for our stay, which is very disappointing.

Una pena el ruido constante de la música del disco pub de abajo que desmerece la magnífica ubicación
Pros:

El apartamento en si y la ubicación con respecto a la playa

Cons:

Es muy muy molesta la música tan altísimo pub disco terraza que hay justo debajo de las terrazas de los apartamentos y no para desde las 12 del mediodía hasta las 2 de la madrugada, incluso cerrando ventanas no se puede dormir. Muy aconsejable la insonorizados de los apartamentos. Es el único inconveniente.

Buena ubicación

Cons:

Muy pocos utensilios y menaje de cocina, no había sartenes, cazuelas, manteles, etc.
Llamé porque tenía problemas para entrar en el portal y me contestaron al día siguiente.
No tiene piscina.
