Pésima atención al cliente por parte de una empleada
Pros:

No lo pude disfrutar debido al ruido y polvillo constante que hay por obras que lo rodean. Las calles son muy estrechas y están casi pegadas al departamento.

Cons:

Muy molesto el ruido desde las 7 AM y polvillo de las obras que están alrededor.
Pero debo decir que lo peor es el destrato de una de sus empleadas llamada Laura. Grosera, soberbia y sin ninguna intención de atender mi requerimiento Decía conocer muy bien los departamentos y le tuve que llevar un video para que viera que estaba equivocada. Ella estaba demasiado OCUPADA para subir conmigo y verificarlo.
Si no le gusta atender al turismo debería trabajar en otro sitio.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta, appartamento e struttura molto confortevole e moderna. Perfetta per la presenza di 4 camere e addirittura 3 bagni per il nostro gruppo di 7 persone. Bellissimo e curato lo stile di arredamento. Staff sempre disponibile.

Cons:

Sarebbe stato un plus trovare nell'appartamento una brochure con tutti i servizi prenotabili e le principali attrazioni

The apartment is located in a very good area, extremely close to almost all the main tourist attractions. It made exploring the city very easy and convenient

would recommend this apartment to my friends and family.
Pros:

the location was excellent, very close to the main sites. the rooms were very clean and the apartment was spacious. the kitchen was well equipped as well

Cons:

the bed was not so comfortable. seeing that it was hot and we needed to air the rooms, and mosquitoes came in. thus would be good to install insect screens for the future.

Чистый красивый и комфортный апартамент, приятный и готовый всегда и всем помочь персонал. Кухня полностью укомплектована, санузлы чистые и удобные. Кондиционер работает хорошо.

Apartament superb, bine dotat și localizat, confortabil și spațios. Personal foarte drăguț, ne au recomandat un restaurant excelent (Petit Comite) care e foarte aproape și un spectacol de flamenco care a fost de excepție.
