Pros:

Location was great and apartment was massive.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work in the entire apartment and kept cutting out all month. I had to buy SIM cards for WiFi instead, which was still too slow. More modems need to be placed throughout the building if there isn’t one per apartment, so when the building is full, there aren’t 100+ devices connected to one modem.

Localização excelente, perto das principais atrações e restaurantes. Tem um estacionamento e um mercado bem próximo, o que facilita bastante. O apartamento é muito bem equipado, com máquinas de lavar louças e roupas. Eles deixam algumas amenidades para começar a estadia como sabão para as máquinas, detergente, papel toalha e cápsulas de café. O aquecedor é central e funciona muito bem. A comunicação com a equipe é rápida. O apartamento é bastante acolhedor.

Cons:

Há uma obra grande no prédio da frente, muito próximo, o que nos impossibilitou de deixar as cortinas abertas da sala e do quarto principal, pois tirava a privacidade. Além disso, fazia barulho pela manhã, principalmente no quarto principal.

Great central apartment with modern facilities
Pros:

Great location, really close to all the main attractions like the cathedral, Alcazar and walkable to the river and parks. Beautiful apartment and great facilities, and the team were in touch regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Easy access with a code, and also allowed us to keep our luggage locked away for our final day after check-out which was very helpful. They booked an airport taxi for us too which was appreciated.

Cons:

Nothing, all good! We had a very minor issue with a shutter that got stuck, but the team came out immediately to fix it.

La comunicación y atención (vía mensajes) excelente. Llegábamos de noche y fue bueno contar con un número en caso que lo necesitáramos para ingresar (no fue el caso) Muy cómodo contar con sal, oliva, aceto para preparar alguna cosa. Buena cocina.

Cons:

Las habitaciones más chicas de lo que pensaba, no había lugar para las valijas. Insumos MUY justos para 6 personas 3 noches (papel hig, lavavajillas) Comprar no es tanto problema pero todo venden en cantidades grandes, detalles q suman.

Uma excelente opção em Sevilha!!

A acomodação é bem localizada, fizemos tudo caminhando e nada foi mais que 15 minutos de caminhada. Apartamento muito limpo, muito bem equipado , com máquinas de lavar louças e roupas, eles deixam algumas amenidades para começar a estadia como sabão para as máquinas, detergente, papel toalha e cápsulas de café, o banho é quente e agradável. A minha única sugestão é melhorar o Wi-Fi! Mas acho que é algo fácil de resolver! 😉Adoramos e vamos recomendar para amigos!!

Odeurs nauseabondes dans tout l'appartement.

Une odeur nauseabonde issue des égouts a envahi toute la maison et cela durant les 4 jours de notre sejour. C'était vraiment unsupportable et voir même malsain. L'hôte nous a confirmé que c'était du á la proximité du fleuve et au changement de méteo, mais je pense que cela est habituel dans cet appartement au vu des commentaires précédent.
Se reveiller le matin et dormir la nuit avec ces odeurs a en partie gaché notre sejour, et je pense que cela doit êtte signalé.

Eu e minha família ficamos encantados!

De tudo! Perfeito! Acomodação charmosa, muito limpa, moderna, mas sem perder o estilo típico europeu, tudo novo! Cama deliciosa! Chuveiro bom, apesar que as vezes esfriava e como está no inverno, as vezes ficava tendo que controlar temperatura da água! Mas nada que incomodasse muito! Cozinha super equipada e funcional! Localização excelente, com muitos restaurantes perto, supermercado pertinho e bem próximo ao centro histórico!

A good apartment, would use again.
Pros:

Great location, clean, good size with modern amenities.

Cons:

A rather noisy boiler for hot water (a very minor niggle) and the wifi was a bit intermittent. It was obviously a « commercial » let rather than one let by an individual - that has pros and cons.
