La piscine. Magnifique. Chaude. On y allait le soir en rentrant des visites, il n’y avait plus grand monde.
Le buffet du matin : très bon et agréable de manger dehors au bord de la pisicine.

La vue. J'aurais aimé une vue mer depuis la chambre. On a eu vue clim...
Les gens qui font la queue à la piscine pour réserver les transat. Incroyable. A voir. Un vrai spectacle. Si j’étais le directeur de cet hôtel, je l’interdirais. Je prendrais toutes les serviettes et les mettrais dans un grand bac.
Le resto du soir ferme un peu tôt : 21h30. 22h serait mieux.

Location of hotel is perfect, so close to everything beach, shops, restaurants. Room was newly renovated (we paid extra for this) and was lovely and very clean. Staff were very friendly and also able to help with any questions we had. The fact the pools open at 9 means no rushing for beds at 7am which is great, but some mornings there were some people stampeding etc
The pools although massive were salt water and whatever chemicals used had dyed anything white a horrible green/ yellow colour so a lot of my kids swim wear was ruined which was very annoying. The kids pool with the slides is not salt water which is to be expected.
The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on, somehow the leg across the middle horizontally was higher than the head or feet of the bed which made sleeping awkward.

Our niece slipped over and broke collar bone, not sure it was related but in the apartment the electricity kept going off and putting the apartment into darkness.
How central it is, the staff are amazing and so helpful, it’s very safe, rooms are spacious and comfortable and the view is amazing

La piscine est d’eau salée, il faut marcher jusqu’à la plage et pas de chaises longues sauf payantes là-bas, le parking est compliqué.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und jeden Tag gereinigt.
Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt, leider erkannt man die Jahre. Wir dürften den Pool von dem Parque Santiago III nicht benutzen. Unser Pool wurde mit Salzwasser gefüllt, was eigentlich auf Wassermangel auf dem Insel verständlich ist, allerdings etwas ungewöhnlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden was dabei. Das Abendessen absolut nicht empfehlenswert, immer das Gleiche, viel Frittiertes, wenig Obst. Bei 14 Tage Aufenthalt haben wir 2 Mal das Abendessen wahrgenommen. Für Kinder ab 8 Jahre wurde gar nicht gedacht, außer Pool keine andere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten.

We paid for a superior room. Our room was the size of a match box and had a very bad sewer smell.
