Pros:

Bellissima struttura adatta anche ai bambini, piscine molto curate e il parco acquatico che si trova al Santiago III(di fronte) è ideale per far divertire i bambini. Colazione con vasta scelta, contrariamente a quanto avevo letto si fa nella stessa struttura. Camere con vista mare top! Tornerei qui senza dubbio.

vraiment top!
Pros:

La localisation de l'établissement est idéal, au centre mais au calme avec un appartement vue sur océan.
La cuisine de l'appartement est top: plan de travail en pierre, bons electroménagers avec dolce gusto, machine à laver et seche-linge électrique!!
Tout le personnel est charmant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et bien tenu. La piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus.

Cons:

les matelas, bien que récents, sont inconfortables (de l'avis de tous les membres de notre famille) . De même que les oreillers "mémoire de forme".

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima a tutto ma lontano dalla confusione; Playa el camison è a pochi metri!

Pros:

Ottima struttura! Posizione favolosa, nella zona centrale ci sono 2 piscine, una delle quali riscaldata. Dalla zona relax/piscina si può raggiungere direttamente il lungomare, comodissimo! Profumo del mare h24.
Personale delle colazioni e del ristorante per la cena cordiale e disponibile, buffet più che soddisfacente.
Camera molto comoda e pulita, grande attenzione anche alla manutenzione degli esterni e del verde.
Mi sono proprio rilassata.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera talvolta viene effettuata al pomeriggio, cosa non simpatica quando hai un bambino di meno di un anno che deve fare il riposino e/o se rientri per la doccia. (Ho scoperto solo alla fine del soggiorno che si poteva fare richiesta per farle fare la mattina).
Dopo pranzo non è facile riposare proprio a causa delle pulizie che vengono fatte nelle camere adiacenti. Peccato.
Ci sono state spesso incomprensioni per via della lingua proprio con le addette alle pulizie e alla reception. Grave incomprensione per la richiesta del taxi per l'aeroporto al ritorno.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a great location at the bottom of the golden mile. Or top whatever you look at it. Doors open up right onto the beach. Both pools are salt water with one being heated which is great to move between. The rooms were clean spacious and the bed and sofas are comfortable. We had a room with a perfect view over looking the ocean. I would definitely come back here with friends and family

Die gesamte Anlage Parque Santiago IV ist großartig. Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und bin total begeistert. Das Personal ist sehr nett und die gesamte Anlage super gepflegt. Besonderes Lob verdient das Reinigungspersonal auf den Zimmern. Ich war total begeistert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll. Alles frisch und lecker.

The apartment was absolutely spotless , large with a lovely sized garden getting the sun all day . It’s in a fantastic location in the resort
