The property is very clean and spacious.
There was no contact from anyone during our stay and the apartment was not cleaned for the first seven nights.

Ideal location. Not far from the beach . Clean . Easy to collect keys . Great communication when needed .
spotless clean apartment in excellent location to both oldtown beach and the strip. everything was ready to go when we arrived fresh towels beds perfectly clean and tidy. very nice place that i will be looking to book again for my next trip
Being scammed by the apartment
Being falsely accused of being loud, smoking (with no smokers in the group) and swinging off doors. Apartment very quick to tell me I would lose my security deposit but cannot seem to reply when I ask them to check the cameras again when I tell them it wasn't us. No reply when I report the stag party sharing the same floor as us who were smoking in the corridor and banging on doors in just their underwear. Had somebody knocking on our door 2 days in a row at 6am and also ringing the bell. Reported but no reply. Asked them to process my damage deposit refund as there was no damages, left the apartment clean and tidy and falsely accused of noise, again no reply from the apartment. Con artists, probably do it to lots of people and take advantage of young groups. Booked because it was cheap, guess they make their money by stealing deposits.
Excellent location,,has all needed for self catering holiday,,,very clean and up to date furnishings,,terrace which gets sun all day..our third visit,and will be returning,,

Good location. Nice clean and tidy apartment all facilities required were provided.
Didn’t like the fact that they are STILL trying to hold my deposit back from me, even though there was no valid reason given! They sent me a picture of what seemed to be burnt plastic on the hob, which I explained was easily removable .. but they are saying there is chips on the hob, which I can 10000% assure u was not caused my ourselves , my thinking this damage could be caused by the cleaner, trying to clean the burnt plastic off the hob?
Also they argued that there was lack of plates and glasses , however I can promise that what was left at the time of departure is what was provided to us on day of arrival ….
I am not happy especially as they are saying they are also adding on an additional 100 euros to the 200 euros I already paid for the deposit .
I suffer with massive mental health , and I was relying on my deposit back for my medication needed.
After reading reviews from others they do this to most people who stay here and hold there deposit which is not fair!
Also I even went out to buy cleaning products to clean the apartment as none was left for us to do before we left .
Please can this be taken up as I really need my money back and I am very distraught this has been put on us
