Lovely apartment
Pros:

The apartment was a good size. We were there for 28 days between January/February and it was quite chilly, the blow heating system was brilliant. The apartment also has everything required for a long stay.

Great location close to good shops, bars and restaurants, and within easy walking distance of the beach.

The sheets, towels etc were changed every week.

The communal areas were kept really clean and tidy by the staff.

Cons:

We like to have the balcony doors open to let fresh air in during the night, but once or twice people leaving the night club around the corner were a bit noisy at 6am in the morning.

Es la segunda vez que me alojo en Les Dunes Centro.
Lo que más me gusta es que los apartamentos de la misma planta están completamente separados por lo que evitas las posibles molestias o ruidos de los vecinos.

Cons:

No recibí ningún aviso para recoger las llaves y, aunque es verdad que llegué antes de las 16:30 horas a Benidorm, tuve que llamar a Les Dunes. Por lo menos (y lo agradezco) me facilitaron enseguida las llaves de la plaza de garaje y posteriormente, a las 16:30 horas, las llaves del apartamento.

Had a good stay
Pros:

We were pleased with the apartment but the lift broke down and wasn’t fixed for 3 days I have a heart problem and I had to get up 5 flts of steps twice a day which was very hard to do with my condition which spoilt the holiday abit

La playa cerca y la variedad de lugares para divertirse hay una feria y juego de bolos

Pasar la tarjeta de crédito para pagar una fianza por 200 Euros que espero me los devuelvan porque es mucho mejor que tengan alguien que le reciba las llaves y hagan inventario de lo que hay, pues dicen que devuelven el dinero entre 3 a 7 dias y pbviamente pueden haber otros huespedes que hayan dañado algo y se lo cobren al Que hay para dejado bien la habitacion eso la vdd no me gusto

Las expectativas estaban altas pero todo cambió desde el primer instante, y nada que decir a la hora de dejar el apartamento. Para empezar, nos dieron tarde los apartamentos, dejándonos sin alojamiento en medio Benidorm, sin tener nada que hacer. En nuestra instancia constantemente nos sacaban el tema de la fianza demostrando que nos la querían quitar desde el primer momento. Al la hora de dejar los pisos de 800€ de fianza nos devolvieron 600€ diciendo que los pisos han quedado sucios y inventando situaciones las cuales no sucedieron. Su mayor argumento fue que los apartamentos quedaron sucios cuando no fue así. Estuvimos limpiando los pisos para dejarlos de la mejor manera posible y aún así nos han dicho que dejamos los apartamentos sucios y con marca cuando en ningún momento pasó eso. A la hora de hablarlo directamente con ellos por el móvil no nos proporcionaron la información solicitada, demostrándonos una vez más que no tenían argumentos para la retirada de la fianza y finalmente nos dejaron de contestar.

el trato recibido cuando nos dijeron que en el ascensor no podíamos subir una scooter colibrí (autorizada para ascensores por su bajo peso). El viaje se nos complicó por este motivo y nadie de Booking se puso en contacto con nosotros. Lo hicieron a través de la empleada de la limpieza. Si viajan con alguna persona con movilidad reducida estos apartamentos no son los adecuados.
