Overall good , could do better

Central location , lovely host
Very pleasant staff

Cons:

Unfortunately for us during our stay the water went off , this was for two full days , no shower or running water , although these things happen which I totally understand , their was no communication to advise or give estimate as to when back on, no bottled water was offered free of charge or supplied
Personally could have been handled much better to their guests , especially given I had paid £1300.00
For 17 nights which I can tell you as I’ve been to Canaria dozens of times over 30 years is a lot for the standard of property.

Will say the host Amelia is a Angel though

Een heerlijk verblijf bij familiecomplex Monterrey!
Pros:

Mooi gelegen appartement vlak tegenover het zwembad. En het is een klein familiecomplex, en niet ver ook van de Guagua bushalte.

Cons:

Wij koken altijd heel uitgebreid. Hier was een kookplaat voor twee vuren. Maar voor 1 nachtje was dit zeker geen probleem.

Come non dormire una settimana!
Pros:

Buona posizione non distante dalla spiaggia, comodo anche per raggiungere a piedi con breve passeggiata il centro

Cons:

Letti scomodissimi, si spofondava nei materassi a molle e ci si svegliava con un mal di schiena incredibile.La struttura e' pulita ma decisamente datata, il divano era impresentabile, logoro si sbriciolava tutta la fodera e una coperta copriva le macchie.

Great experience. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great communication despite me being late arriving.

Was given instructions on how to collect my keys but didn't have wifi so rang the contact and was promptly dealt with a wifi password given.

I arrived on my own and was informed that I'd be moving apartments after my third night. This turned out to be great. The room was the same, but the view etc was better.

Very friendly, helpful staff.

Cons:

Just the pull up the hill from the main resort, but that was only because I was still recovering from a broken ankle.
