Pros:

I liked the proximity to the beach and the fact that everything you could want was just a two-minute walk away: Old Town, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. They helped us upon arrival and took our luggage; they were very attentive, especially since we had three children with us.
It is also a plus that there are two bathrooms and the bedrooms are separate. We also used the sofa bed, and it was very comfortable. There were seven of us staying there.

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't announce the construction work in the adjacent building, and the noise wasn't very pleasant.

Perfect location and comfortable stay for a beach holiday
Pros:

The location was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a better view or place to enjoy sea views. The apartment was basic but clean and comfortable. The WhatsApp service for any questions or issues was super responsive and friendly. The aircon was an absolute godsend it the heatwave

Cons:

Could have done with a few more cleaning products in the room as the location means it gets very sandy and with 6 people sharing bathrooms it would have been nice to be able to freshen them up, extra bin bags and toilet roll etc

Disappointing, lovely apartment but on a building site
Pros:

The location is excellent, only yards from the beach. Property inside is clean and tidy, well appointed.

Cons:

My rating is due to the fact I was staying in a building site without any prior knowledge. I was not informed of the building work at the time of booking, or at anytime prior to arrival. The website also had/has no information to suggest your stay would be disrupted by building work. I was awoken at 8am every morning by builders drilling/banging. There were materials in the entrance to the apartments at the bottom of the stairs and in the walkway outside.
I was not offered alternative accommodation or any solution, only a free breakfast at their bar downstairs.
I’m not sure anyone would book and pay full price to stay in a building site. The works were in the room next door and at times I thought they would knock through the wall. Not exactly a calm and relaxing start to each morning, and if you want a decent nights sleep an early night is required.
On our final day the cleaners knocked on our door 30 mins early and sat on the stairs outside until we left the property.
I have stayed at these apartments before without issue which is why we returned as they are smart, clean and well located, but 4 days of early wake ups by builders on a break away is unforgivable.
