Spacious room and location, location, location.
Pros:

Location is right next door to a shopping mall. Room is spacious with a living space and kitchen. Like the tea snacks offered from 3pm - 6pm. Wonderfull idea.

Cons:

Would have liked the tea snacks to include some of the Malaysian snacks and cakes / kuihs.

Overall good just some tweaks needed
Pros:

Location, friendly staff, sizeable 1 bedroom

Cons:

Housekeeping remove towels meant for washing which is correct but they forgot to leave behind replacement towels for me.

As I was got back to the room past midnight so I just make do with the face towels to dry myself after a shower.

Perhaps housekeeping personnel can be more attentive in the future.

Looking forward to the hotel tower reopening after renovation.
