CUIDADO. DAR FIANZA O PAGAR EXENCION DAÑOS EXTRA
Pros:

Ubicación, el apartamento está en buena zona.

Cons:

Cuidado! Una vez has reservado te solicitan o bien dar una fianza de 300 euros o bien pagar un Exención de Responsabilidad por Daños de 25 euros no reembolsable, si no haces ninguno de los dos y además no rellenas el auto check in no te dan el código para acceder al apartamento de forma autónoma. Tampoco me enviaron nunca una factura con el detalle del pago de los 25 euros extra. El trato personal es inexistente, todo automatizado desde que escribes un correo hasta que sales del apartamento.

Pros:

We loved the location, but be aware that there is a very busy restaurant right down the apartment and it’s very noisy until late night

Cons:

Building smells like sewage and there are bugs in the hallways and stairwell because of this,
Broken toaster,
Sofa bed not comfortable,
Breaker trips if you have two appliances running in the kitchen (e.g. toaster and washer at the same time).

Un engaño para lo que mostraban las fotos. E incómodo el sofá. Y pequeño el apartamento. Aunque la ubicación está bien y

El sofá cama sucio e incómodo. La funda del colchón con manchas. El apartamento muy pequeño, no corresponde con las fotos, que aparece más grande y además, en las fotos muestra que es interior y era interior
Una luz de emergencia en la entrada no dejaba dormir, lo avisamos, pero no hicieron nada

La location è molto comoda per gli spostamenti, la casa è nuova, pulita, la consiglierei per un soggiorno a Siviglia.

Cons:

Le uniche cose che mancavano erano tovagliette per colazione e tazze piccole.

Spacious apartment for the valuable price. Location very good. Host was very generous with supplying kitchen items like cooking oil,washing up liquid,coffee pods+a big bottle of water in fridge.Lovely little welcome pack in the bedrooms was a nice touch also. Definitely will be recommending this apartment to everyone

Cons:

1 little thing we didnt like was that there was no luggage room. Though there is a locker/storage place only a 5 minute walk away+only charges a couple of euro for the day

Très bel appartement au cœur de Séville

Appartement très fonctionnel, bien situé, bien équipé, très tranquille pour dormir même dans une rue très animée.

Cons:

L'accueil. Processus d'enregistrement non conforme aux recommandations de Booking.com. (document envoyé par Whatsapp sans préavis). On a passé une heure dehors avant d'avoir le code pour entrer, et ce, après divers appels. Messages automatisés. Communication déficiente.

Szkoda że za wcześniejsze zameldowanie trzeba dopłacić. Niestety za wcześniejsze wymeldowanie już pieniądze nie są zwracane.
