Presenza di un ristorante sotto l'appartamento, mancanza di tazzine per caffè, bagno cieco, orario check-in un po' troppo tardo, spazi un po' troppo ristretti, mancanza di indicazioni turistiche e sulla raccolta differenziata dei rifiuti.

This apartment is modern, spotless and super well-equipped. It has a dual microwave/regular oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The lighting throughout the apartment is great, the outlets are plenty, and the location is awesome. They have a restaurant downstairs that was phenomenal. They put tables out every day and evening on the sidewalk, and it is a lively scene but not rowdy. Saturday night, they put additional tables in the square across the street and even had live music. The living room faced the street and the bedroom was in the back, with blackout shutters and a door that shut firmly, so it was very quiet for sleeping.
We were given one dishwasher tablet for 6 nights. When I emailed for more, the response was "The amenities left in the apartment are complimentary as a welcome gesture. If you would like additional items, these can be purchased locally."
This has made me think about the concept of business “friction” - petty policies or procedures in a customer experience that add time, effort, cost, or emotional irritation. So, minor rant coming 😳
We, doubtless like many others, arrive and are generally delighted at our lovely apartment, which builds loyalty and goodwill. Then, probably several of us each day are asked to go to a supermarket to acquire these pod items. They are not easily bought in twos or threes, so we are all forced to buy far more than we need. Our goodwill suffers, probably not because of money but because of time, inconvenience, and the perception that our hosts are amateurish, short-sighted and petty. They’re already buying these products at a high-volume discount. They can keep a box in house and charge or raise room rates a small amount. Have a policy for egregious requests, which will probably be rare. They might even make a small profit. We incur zero friction, our hosts appear smart, accommodating and professional, and our goodwill and loyalty grows.
In this alternate friction-free universe, instead of this mini-rant, I’m waxing on about the excellent shower and comfy bed (both true), which brings in more business.

Al check-in l'appartamento era pulito, non posso dire altro perché nei 4 giorno il servizio pulizia non è mai venuto. Il ristorante non era niente di speciale, nella norma, certo molto comodo averlo sotto casa.
le cialde del caffè erano solo per il primo giorno, mentre ci aspettavamo che ci fossero per tutti e 4 i giorni. I box della colazione non erano per niente di qualità erano molto scarsi. La posizione inizialmente sembrava buona, ma in realtà era demoralizzata e date che il parcheggio era impossibile da trovare a qualsiasi ora, il rientro era sempre impegnativo. In ultimo la prenotazione prevedeva 3 persone all'arrivo avevamo solo un letto matrimoniale.
Exceptionnel ! Confort, calme, équipements au top... On y resterai encore. Près de la gare, proche du centre, proche des bus,des commerces, entouré de restaurants et de commerces. Magnifique ! Une très belle terrasse

La ubicación.
Siendo el check-in a partir de las 15:00h, y llegando a las 16:30, todavía no estaba preparado el apartamento, teniendo que esperar en el pasillo de la escalera entre 15 y 20 minutos más para poder entrar.
Es cuanto menos curioso, que con todas las condiciones que te hacen firmar antes de entrar al alojamiento, sea por parte de ellos,.que no se cumpla la premisa de poder entrar en tu horario de check-in (a partir de las 15:00h).
Al entrar al alojamiento, encontramos 2 peluches detrás del sofá (sería de los huéspedes anteriores).
Comentar también, que la sábana del sofa-cama, tenía una mancha (pequeña), en una esquina (la cual parecía de sangre y por un lateral varias manchas negras. Al haber el doble para ponerla sobre el colchón es cierto que no quedaban a la vista.
La segunda noche, al entrar al aseo vimos que había un huésped nuevo (cucaracha). Que cuando encendimos la luz corrió y se escondió en el hueco que hay entre el wáter y la pared. Con lo cual no nos dió opción de poder sacarla de allí. Tapamos todo ese hueco con papel para que por lo menos no pudiera salir y no encontrarla por otra estancia del alojamiento.
De todos modos, eso creo que habrá sido mala suerte, que haya aparecido allí.
Y decir también, que aún habiendo tenido estos inconvenientes, volvería al alojamiento en otra ocasión. La ubicación es inmejorable y calidad precio buena.

L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter à pied Séville. Il ne manque rien, tout est pensé pour que l'on passe un bon séjour.
Ce serait sympa de penser à la possibilité d'une consigne pour les bagages
