Aparthotel Parque Santiago III

Perfect location, clean hotel, lovely staff and a very comfortable stay. The pool areabis so relaxing and chilled.

Super Meerwasserpool, nähe zum Strand.

Het is een super mooi appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt ! Als ik toch iets klein moet zeggen is het dat de douche lekt na een douche. Water komt onder de deur uit maar met de handdoeken zo verholpen en elke dag werd alles grondig gepoetst en krijg je nieuwe handdoeken. Ik zou direct weer terug hier naar toe komen ! Buiten het groot terras was ook zalig en veel te doen in de buurt !

Très bien situé

Frühstück maximal Mittelmass. Abendessen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern und sauber. Leider haben wir jedoch ein Zimmer erhalten, welches sich auf einem tiefen Erdgeschoss befand (vom Erdgeschoss her musste man 4-5 Treppentritte nach unten gehen). Von daher hatten wir keinen Ausblick, es war jedoch sehr ruhig. Die Betten waren hart, wir haben jedoch gut geschlafen

el apart hotel es una construccion de 3 plantas al lado del mar. con una buena playa y excelebrea piscinas separadas por edades en medio de hermosos jardines con palmeras y plantas de todo tipo.

The apartment we were given was glorious - two bedrooms, one en-suite, and a huge balcony.
The hotel is beautiful. Well laid out and perfect attention to detail.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pools are lovely, albeit rather salty. The beach is right on the doorstep.
Breakfast was excellent.
Our only issue was cockroaches - lots of them! Our apartment was right by the recycling which included food waste and they were doing renovation work next to that so may have disturbed them - it doesn't look like a regular major issue from reviews.
We must have had 20+ live roaches in the apartment over the 5 days we were there (and we didn't spend a lot of time there for this reason) - and a lot of tiny dead ones when we sprayed.
I won't say it ruined the holiday - we still had fun - but my daughter wouldn't sleep in the bedroom where she'd seen them on her bed, they were in the shower......it wasn't nice at all so it was a constant concern. The hotel gave us spray but it was very potent so we had to go out for hours and left us with a lot to clear up, but they were back after 24 hours. It was a real shame. I'd be reluctant to return.

Das Frühstück Buffet war sehr gut.
Die Arbeiter sind sehr freundlich.
Am lustigsten fanden wir der Chicken Run für die Liegen am Pool.Obwohl das Meer viel schöner ist.

Mucho ruido estaban de obras , el bufet bastante malo ,el primer día había una cucaracha rondando por la zona de las ensaladas y la mataron con el mismo trapo que luego pasaban por la mesa .

Las áreas comunes son super buenas para familia y los niños, así como las habitaciones. Es un complejo que está adelante de la playa, tiene restaurantes, la área de piscina un parque acuático para niños y piscina adulto. La agua de la piscina muy helada para entrar pero aún así si puede desfrutarla.

El punto negativo fue el olor terrible en la habitación que todos los días, principalmente por la mañana al entrar en el baño estaba muy mal y la internet que no funcionaba para conectar la televisión. Solamente en el teléfono.
Además de esto el aparcamiento nos fue informado que serían 10 euros por día en 3 días al mínimo, pero no nos informaron que antes de salir debería ir hasta la recepción. Con esto, pagamos 48 euros en 36h. Reclamamos sobre estos 3 puntos en nuestra salida y nos fue informado que la habitación que estábamos ya tenía recibido reclamaciones de mal olor.

The Poolarea was beautiful. The room itself was extreme loud until 11pm (a bar direct under the balcony with livemusic/dj everyday). We wouldn't book a citysight room again, because it was way too loud with a child.
The beds are also not really comfortable.

Great location, room cleaned daily. We had a garden view property in Gran Canaria Building, slightly noisy location as sound travelled easily through apartment. Wouldn’t deter me from staying again though.

Excellent location, lovely pool areas and well kept grounds. Very much recommended.

Great location, lovely grounds and pools. You won't regret staying here. Room was refurbished and perfect.

Toppenbra 3 rumslägenhet med perfekt läge. Ända minus var långsamt och svajigt Wifi Det kunde också varit någon typ av halkskydd i duschen.
Poolområdet är stort och trevligt, allt från lugn lummig del för enbart vuxna till badland i andra ändan av området för barn från 4 år.
Anläggningen ligger precis vid den långa strandpromenaden på ena sidan och gata med affärer och bra restauranger på andra hållet.

Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour, le ménage fait tous les jours et changement du linge de maison à la demande. Personne très serviable et très aimable. Et malgré la barrière de la langue, le personnel fait beaucoup d'effort pour nous renseigner.

Winter sun

Rigtig fint hotel også for en familie. Opvarmet pools og klart det hyggeligste hotel i området.
Vi nød vores ophold og omgivelserne. Det eneste vi savnede var bedre madrasser, men det er også det eneste.

Piscina bellissima, il mare a 50 metri. Molti negozi sotto l'hotel. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani quasi tutti i giorni.
