Pros:

Easy check in, friendly staff, 1st floor room

Cons:

Was told it was a smoking room but once I got in the room I noticed no ash trays and signs saying no smoking. Not a big deal though because it was a 1st floor room and I just had to step right outside my door.

Pros:

Updated, well-appointed and maintained. Best room lighting I've had.

Cons:

No soap in shower bottle. .manager did not want to buy substitute while shipment was late. Was that way for a while, accordingtothe front desk agent. Juice machine out of order ; the sign was old and worn so that was also thus for a while. Management issue = corporate issue.

Poor experience
Pros:

The breakfast was barely anything. Bread, cold mini muffin or waffle maker.

Cons:

Limited options on the breakfast. Cleanliness of the rooms was very poor. I even found an empty bottle right directly under the edge of one of the beds. It was halfway hanging out. The bathroom floors were not clean. The bathroom door was broken. And when I first arrived the room they gave us smelled like smoke very very bad even though it was a non smoking room and I had to have the room switched. Poor experience at this hotel.

Scams you out of $50!
Pros:

The bed was great. Location easily accessible off highway.

Cons:

Door that opens to the outside had visible light coming through too and bottom of door. Was asked to pay a $50 refundable deposit at the facility in case of damages. We stayed one night, slept in the bed and both took a shower—nothing was damaged, but did not have my $50 refunded. There was no handsoap at the sink.
