Disappointed
Pros:

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was supposed to stay at Days Inn, but they shoved me over to the motel next door because they’re under the same management. Fine—whatever. The room at America’s Best Value Inn itself was actually decent, and the bed was comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly… except for the guy working the morning shift.

That’s where everything went downhill.

When I checked out, I was supposed to get my $50 deposit back after they inspected the room. Instead, he comes back and tells me there was “pet hair everywhere.” That’s complete nonsense. I didn’t have any pets with me—none. I even told him to go look in my vehicle to prove it, but he flat-out refused. Didn’t even bother to verify, just kept my money.

So basically, they made up an excuse and took my $50.

I’m beyond frustrated and angry about this. I will NEVER stay at America’s Best Value Inn again, and I strongly warn anyone else thinking about it—don’t. Unless you’re okay with them keeping your deposit for no legitimate reason.

Worst hotel I have ever been to
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate. Location was fairly good.

Cons:

Dirty with very poor upkeep. Hotel staff was very unhelpful and actually rude.

Good location, clean, hot shower, but breakfast could have been better.
Pros:

This was a 1 night stop for me on a roadtrip to move to a new city. I stayed with my partner and we thought the motel was a good value for what I paid. It was clean, the shower was hot and the water pressure was good. The staff at check in was nice and there was no wait. It was in a good location, close to the highway and worked for the most part for what we needed. There were also coin laundry machines available if needed.

Cons:

Our only complaint was we were planning on having breakfast at 6am and leaving by 6:30 because breakfast was stated to open at 6. When we got down there a little after 6, the staff person was still setting up the breakfast and there was not much selection. Even after everything was set up (~6:30am) there was limited options (ex. no milk for cereal, no plates). Other guests seemed disappointed too. We had to delay our driving schedule for leaving the motel and also wait for the room inspection to get the deposit back.

The xbox didn't connect to the tv like the person who answered the phone said it did. Very annoying for my boyfriend, but it was overall comfy

I didnt stay a single night at this hotel and they didnt give me a refund for the first day
Cons:

Place was dirty, hair on bed, walls were disgusting and the fridge didn't work. I checked out ASAP and went to the holiday inn. I asked for a refund and they didn't get the first day to me and never called me back after saying they would.

Pros:

Easy check in, friendly staff, 1st floor room

Cons:

Was told it was a smoking room but once I got in the room I noticed no ash trays and signs saying no smoking. Not a big deal though because it was a 1st floor room and I just had to step right outside my door.

Pros:

Updated, well-appointed and maintained. Best room lighting I've had.

Cons:

No soap in shower bottle. .manager did not want to buy substitute while shipment was late. Was that way for a while, accordingtothe front desk agent. Juice machine out of order ; the sign was old and worn so that was also thus for a while. Management issue = corporate issue.
