This place is stupid cute! Total Texas charm from the Lone Star State! The pool is amazing and I love the decor right down to the retro fridge full of Lone Star beer. Chris B. at the front desk was patient and kind with our check in mix up and put our weekend off to a great start!

I've always wanted to stay here since it opened. I wish I had from the beginning because this would have been my goto place from the start. Awesome! The 50s vibe is sooo cool. All the details are amazing. Chris the front desk manager was so incredible. I knew right away it was gonna be great. He treated my gf and I like we were royalty and so funny! Can't wait to go back!

Tried other places in Austin but always end up coming back here. Vibe is great. Property is beautiful and everyone is super nice. Winnie who works in the restaurant is always super friendly which is nice when I go down for my morning coffee and they often have live music at night. Love not dealing with the expensive parking downtown and this area is just as walkable but feels safer and when I go downtown it’s just a quick drive.

David is amazing! He truly went above and beyond with serving our group and making sure we had everything we need. When one of my colleagues was not feeling well, he got her some meds and essentials to make sure she got better. He is truly the best!!

Location – Perfect The location couldn’t be better. Nestled right near The Domain, everything you could want—shopping, dining, and entertainment—is just minutes away. It made getting around effortless and added a ton of convenience to our trip.
Atmosphere – Trendy & Fun The atmosphere is one of the standout features. It has a trendy, boutique feel with a laid-back, Austin vibe. The outdoor spaces, live music ambiance, and thoughtful design create an experience that’s both relaxing and energizing.

Rooms – Unique & Well Equipped The rooms are fantastic—uniquely styled with a modern rustic touch that gives them real character. Everything we needed was there, and then some. Comfortable beds, thoughtful amenities, and overall just a really well-designed space.

Value – Excellent For everything you get—the location, the vibe, the quality of the rooms—this hotel is an incredible value. It truly feels like you’re getting a premium experience without the premium price tag.

Cleanliness – Spotless Cleanliness was top-notch. The rooms, common areas, and grounds were all extremely well maintained. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping everything in great condition.

Noise Level – Peaceful Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet. It struck the perfect balance—easy access to nightlife, but peaceful when you’re ready to unwind.

Service – Incredible The service here is what really sets Lone Star Court apart. Every interaction we had was warm, friendly, and genuine.

• At the Water Trough restaurant, Jonathan Lankford and his team were outstanding. They could not have been more welcoming, and their hospitality truly elevated our experience.

• At the front desk, Chris and Arturo were amazingly friendly, engaging, and incredibly helpful during every interaction.

Amenities – Welcoming & Thoughtful The amenities are just as impressive. Everything feels curated to make your stay better, and the staff is always ready to help with anything you need. It really adds to the overall relaxed and welcoming environment.

Final Thoughts Lone Star Court is a gem in Austin. It’s stylish, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming—a perfect spot for a getaway with friends or family.

This was our second visit to the Lone Star Court, and again we had a great stay. The location, for us, was great - close to friends. Nice area to take a walk after dinner or in the morning before it gets too hot. We would describe the hotel as "upscale Texas ranch cabin vibe", in the best of ways. If you are looking for a "traditional" hotel, this is not it, but if you like wonderful rooms with all the right touches wrapped in something a little different, we encourage you to try it. Rocking chairs outside your door. A large center courtyard with bar and pool. A restaurant w/bar. Music at night (weekends). Located at the end of an upscale outdoor shopping center with stores and restaurants. The best part of our stay was Alex, our server at breakfast. What a delight! He just made our morning. The pool is nice for a quick dip, although they need to add more chairs/umbrellas and someone needs to refresh the towel supply more often. We are already looking forward to our next stay!
