Cons:

A fogadó szemelyzet, 1 fiatal lany es egy fiatal fiú, nem tajekoztattak semmiről sem, nekünk kellett mindent megkérdezni. Alapvetoen kedvesek voltak, de egy hotelban szokas tajekoztatni a vendegeket a reggelik idopomtjarol, szoba elhagyasa, wellness, parkolo hasznalat stb, ne a vendegnek kelljen harapó fogóval kiszedni a személyzetből.

Pros:

Stílusos deluxe lakosztály, nagyon kedves recepciós. Jól felszerelt konyha. A lakberendező próbálta menteni a súlyos tervezési hibákat.

Cons:

A káosz. Mindenhol. A foglalt apartmanban nem volt fűtés. Kint mínusz 10 fok. Egy hosszabb kísérletezés után este 11-kor kaptam egy fűtött lakosztályt. Probléma végül megoldva. De:
1. A lakosztály elrendezése borzaszó. A háló a nyitott és forgalmas folyosóra néz. Nyitott folyosó!!! 4 csillagos szállodában??? A tulajdonos megtalálta az ország leganalfabétább építészét. Disznóólakat se kéne terveznie a maestrónak.
2. Ordítóan igénytelen kivitelezés mindenhol. Minden dekorelem okádék módon felhelyezve. A nagyon magas minőségű és láthatóan brutál drága tapéta alatt csomók mindenhol. Stb.stb.
3. Olyan, mintha egy 100-150 éves épületet újítottak volna fel iskolázatlan, igénytelen és képzetlen segédmunkások. Pedig néhány éve épült.
Őszintén sajnálom a tulajdonost, csúnyán átverte a tervező és a kivitelező is.

Pros:

The hotel is on excelent location, very clean.

Cons:

I ask for a massage at a reception desk (and planning to charg it on a room) and after the massage I found out that I have to pay in cash in Hungarian forint. Nobody told me that before, it was really unpleasant situation.
Also, one of main reasons we choose this hotel was because it offers half board, including breakfast and diner. When we arrived and asked when dinner staring, we found out that dinner is not served in a hotel, and that we have to go for a dinner in a restaurant nearby. At the end, that turnd out fine, because the restaurant was excellent (food, staff, service), but it would be great if we knew that before.
