Pros:

Stílusos deluxe lakosztály, nagyon kedves recepciós. Jól felszerelt konyha. A lakberendező próbálta menteni a súlyos tervezési hibákat.

Cons:

A káosz. Mindenhol. A foglalt apartmanban nem volt fűtés. Kint mínusz 10 fok. Egy hosszabb kísérletezés után este 11-kor kaptam egy fűtött lakosztályt. Probléma végül megoldva. De:
1. A lakosztály elrendezése borzaszó. A háló a nyitott és forgalmas folyosóra néz. Nyitott folyosó!!! 4 csillagos szállodában??? A tulajdonos megtalálta az ország leganalfabétább építészét. Disznóólakat se kéne terveznie a maestrónak.
2. Ordítóan igénytelen kivitelezés mindenhol. Minden dekorelem okádék módon felhelyezve. A nagyon magas minőségű és láthatóan brutál drága tapéta alatt csomók mindenhol. Stb.stb.
3. Olyan, mintha egy 100-150 éves épületet újítottak volna fel iskolázatlan, igénytelen és képzetlen segédmunkások. Pedig néhány éve épült.
Őszintén sajnálom a tulajdonost, csúnyán átverte a tervező és a kivitelező is.

Pros:

The hotel is on excelent location, very clean.

Cons:

I ask for a massage at a reception desk (and planning to charg it on a room) and after the massage I found out that I have to pay in cash in Hungarian forint. Nobody told me that before, it was really unpleasant situation.
Also, one of main reasons we choose this hotel was because it offers half board, including breakfast and diner. When we arrived and asked when dinner staring, we found out that dinner is not served in a hotel, and that we have to go for a dinner in a restaurant nearby. At the end, that turnd out fine, because the restaurant was excellent (food, staff, service), but it would be great if we knew that before.

Pros:

Városközpontban van a szálloda, de még is csendes helyen. A reggeli változatos és nagyon finom. Wellnes részleg nagyon szép.

Megtévesztve érezzük magunkat.
Cons:

A foglalás során sehol nem volt feltüntetve, hogy a wellness szolgáltatások az adott szobatípushoz nem tartoznak hozzá, illetve hogy azok felár ellenében vehetők igénybe. (Ezzel szemben például a reggeli esetében egyértelműen jelezve volt, hogy külön díj ellenében érhető el.) Nyilvánvaló, hogy ilyen áron nem foglaltunk volna wellness hotelt, amennyiben a szolgáltatás nem vehető igénybe, ezt teljes mértékben fogyasztói megtévesztésnek érezzük.

Ezt a csalódási élményünket fokozta a szoba hőmérséklete, amely végig elfogadhatatlanul alacsony volt. Hőérzetre maximum 17–18 °C lehetett. A problémát azonnal jeleztük, ekkor derült ki, hogy a radiátorok el voltak zárva. Bár rövid időre langyosak lettek, ezt követően ismét kihűltek. A nappali részben pulóverben, hosszú nadrágban, takaróval is kifejezetten hidegérzetünk volt. (Aznap napközben a kint hőmérséklet nem volt nulla fok fölött, az éjszakai hőmérséklet pedig -6-7 °C fok volt. A problémát ismét jeleztük, egy kolléga később kijött, kedves és segítőkész volt, de érdemi megoldás ekkor sem született. Amikor vacsoráról visszatértünk éjfél magasságában szó szerint jéghideg szobába érkeztünk vissza, ami különösen kellemetlen volt az extrém hideg külső hőmérséklet miatt.

A recepciós fiú végig udvarias és segítőkész volt, azonban a problémát nem tudta megoldani, így a helyzet változatlan maradt. Az egész tartózkodás során tehetetlennek éreztük magunkat.

A fentieken kívül egyébként a szoba berendezése magas minőségű, a képeknek megfelelő és teljes mértékben újszerű. Túl sok nem hiányzott volna, hogy elégedetten távozzunk.

Disappointing
Pros:

The location is very close to the centre, easy to get to, nicely decorated and fairly clean, even tho for the price paid it could be much better

Cons:

Weird layout, everything inside is hard to find, the bed was too hard, bathroom could have been cleaner, some of the toiletries were already used, the staff is hard to comunicate with and the reception lady is borderline stupid, the breakfast was mid at best and not a good selection of foods. Would not recommend. Also, the pool closes incredibly early.
