The room was very clean and spacious. I had problems getting into my unit, so I called the representative. My issue was resolved right away. I would definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area.
Apartment was spacious and clean. Easy to come in and out with code. Right in the middle of town. Only thing is beware where you park as some days in weekend are free and some times are not so we got a couple tickets.
Flott, sentral og moderne leilighet. Godt utstyrt.
Gode senger. Litt kommunikasjons utfordringer for å få adgang til leiligheten. Men når vi fikk link/kode for å komme inn, fungerte det utmerket. Kan absolutt anbefales.
It was in a great location — right off one of the main plazas. Haro has many restaurants and shops. The apartment was nice enough, bed was comfortable. I didn’t mind at all, but on Friday night a saxophonist played down below my window until midnight.
This was an apartment and I did not interact with any person directly. It was 100% on libe with a code. Great little town. I hope I come back.
The large aprtments is modern and centrally located. One can walk to many of the wineries easily. It is relatively new but there are several issues about poor maintenence of the property: 1) the kitchen sink faucet is broken and unattached; 2) the freezer needs to be properly defrosted (melting ice collects in the fridge ruining food), 3) the bathroom sink drain stopper is broken; 4) the kitchen has a stove but no pots and pans so it was unusable; 5) The dishwasher is broken and they merely put a sign inside that says 'broken'; 6) And finally AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, the main bedroom has bedbugs which woke me up several nights getting bitten and then I had an itchy rash for the next few days.
I liked the space a lot and if maintained properly it would be a fabulous spot and I would have given a 5 star rating.
We stayed at limehome Haro for 5 nights in June 2025, as part of a 3-week visit to Spain from the US. There were a number of good things about this condo: having living room space, a small kitchenette and a second bedroom. A big step up from a hotel room, space wise.
A few of our concerns were 1) the very small refrigerator, and its freezer door was broken and leaking water from the very encrusted freezer space---huge ice buildup. Yes, we contacted the "landlord" in Germany via email and they offered no fix.
Additionally, 2) the latch on the door to the main balcony was broken. The "landlord" knew about this and sent over a maintenance man the first night we were there. Unfortunately, we did not know he was coming over, so we were very surprised and concerned when he showed up. I also notified the landlord about this and I received a very vague email response ('thanks for letting us know").
There is no one on site to talk to in these cases. Yes, the beds were comfortable and it is in a really great location...so good that on Friday and Saturday nights, until about midnight, you feel like you are right in the middle of the action down on the street! All the music and voices carry upward. We just stayed up later and slept later.
My big concern has nothing to do with limehome specifically, but more about Haro. There are almost no taxis (gotta ask a local or check in with the tourist office) and there is no one staffing the railroad station. Concerning.
Great location. Lack of easy parking nearby made the first bag drop off difficult .There is free parking about 5 mins away besides the bridge which the property should make renters aware of. I would have given a higher rating but my unit 1d faces the street and you could hear cars bounding over a manhole cover. Also the shower was on the small side. Otherwise comfy clean and definitely worth the money.
The place was clean and had everything we needed. The free town parking a couple blocks away worked great. It is over a town plaza so you may need earplugs for the noise at night.
El apartamento genial, situado en el centro de Haro y muy bien comunicado.
El congelador estaba lleno de hielo.
Nice property. Easy to get to. Good instructions. Near bodegas. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Veldig sentralt. Stort rom og fint kjøkken
We stayed at Limehome for two nights, and it was a fantastic base for exploring Haro. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of local restaurants, bars, and nearby bodegas. You can park on the street outside (paid during the day), or there are a couple of free car parks just a short walk away.
We booked a one-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. It had an open-plan kitchen and living room, a cosy bedroom with lovely views, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, though there were a couple of small inconveniences - no toaster (we ended up toasting bread in a frying pan!), and the hairdryer only blew cold air.
Check-in was seamless, with Limehome sending the apartment codes via text message ahead of our arrival.
Despite the minor quirks, we’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting the Rioja region!
Seemed slightly less well cared for than last year. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom, so had to keep the paper on the floor next to the toilet. Toilet attachment to wall was loose, so the bowl wobbled a bit. Shelves in the bedroom were improperly installed and not level, so couldn’t fully use them. No info on nearby grocery or convenience stores, or dining options, which is a typical feature/courtesy for this type of property (and not all small businesses in small towns in Spain are on Google maps).
Apartamento en muy buenas condiciones. Situación muy céntrica. Muy recomendable
Excelente ubicación y en muy buenas condiciones. Muy cómoda
That is in a great location
We had three rooms reserved on the second floor. All were very nice, clean and modern, just as advertised. Unfortunately, one of them, had a significant small roach infestation. It was so bad I took pictures and video of dozens crawling in the kitchen, ceiling and bed. My friends experience was difficult to say the least. There was no quick fix, especially after noticing on day 2 of 3. If not controlled, it will spread throughout the building. Otherwise, everything else was great.
Beautiful apartment, perfect location. Right in the center of town. Accessible for people in wheelchair. Loved it!
Really bright spacious clean apartment just off main square - couldn’t have asked for more
