O proprietário demonstrou total falta de preparo. Ao chegarmos ao apartamento, constatamos que o local estava sujo e sem qualquer previsão de limpeza, mesmo sendo já 20h. Na prática, o imóvel não deveria sequer estar disponível para reserva no Booking. Como alternativa, o proprietário ofereceu outro apartamento ao lado; porém, ao verificarmos, este também não estava limpo nem pronto para uso. A situação foi marcada por falta de profissionalismo, resultando em atraso significativo e impossibilidade de utilizarmos a acomodação conforme planejado.
