Pros:

De locatie was prima, dicht bij het strand en in het oude centrum met leuke pleintjes en restaurantjes om de hoek. Het appartement was compleet, schoon en een groot dak terras. We hebben genoten van deze accommodatie.

Super miejscówka. Klimatyczne bary w najbliższej okolicy gdzie można było zjeść śniadanie kończąc pyszną kawą. Obiekt oferuje również własny taras dla gości, którzy jeszcze kameralniej mogą spożywać posiłki czy raczyć się ulubionym napojem. Klika minut piechotą do piaszczystych plaż. Wokół gąszcz urokliwych uliczek. Apartamenty świeżo po renowacji w nowoczesnym stylu. Nowe wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, wygodne łóżka. Estetyczna łazienka. Polecam

Wohnung enttäuscht
Pros:

Die Lage, direkt am Rathaus, war gut. Fußläufig war vieles einfach zu erreichen.
Schöne Terrasse und Innenhof.
Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, dass unsere Wohnung ein mal gereinigt wurde (Aufenthalt 2 Wochen).
Es gab genügend Badehandtücher für den Strand und von der Unterkunft bereitgestellte Sonnenschirme.
Die Dachterrasse ist groß mit vielen Blumen und genug Mobiliar.

Cons:

-Mangelhafte Ausstattung in der Küche (kein scharfes Messer, kein Schneidebrett, keine Abtropfmöglichkeit, nur ein Geschirrhandtuch, wenig Geschirr, etc.)
-Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank defekt
-Keine Stehlampen oder ähnliches, nur Sportplatzbeleuchtung
-Bett im Grunde bequem, allerdings durch einen Gummiüberzieher extrem nerviges Geräusch
-Insgesamt sehr wenig Platz. Enger Durchgang zwischen Bett und Wand, sodass das Bett an der Stelle bereits verfärbt war.
-Wohnung im EG liegt DIREKT an der Straße. Fenster öffnen eher schwierig.
-Kein direkter Zugang zu Balkon/Terrasse, da sich drei Wohneinheiten die Terrasse teilen.
- Ameisen leben dort auch...

Alles in allem waren wir, aufgrund des hohen Preises, sehr von der Wohnungen enttäuscht. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis mangelhaft. Vor allem, weil wir auch zwei andere Wohnungen, eine davon vom gleichen Vermieter gesehen haben, die wesentlich günstiger und teilweise geräumiger waren.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vermutlich gut. Für einen längeren allerdings nicht zu empfehlen...
