Pros:

Logement très bien placé, dans une rue peu passante.
Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine mais il y avait de nombreux équipements.
Le propriétaire a été arrangeant en nous laissant le logement plus tôt que prévu.

Cons:

Le ménage était sommaire, surtout pour la poussière.
L'isolation des fenêtres n'est pas bonne, comme beaucoup de logements au Vietnam, mais il y a relativement peu de circulation.

Pros:

Просторная чистая квартира на 5 этаже в тихом переулке, не далеко от центра и достопримечательностей.Кухня оборудована всём необходимым. Хозяин прислал подробную инструкцию по заселению и получению ключей. Всегда был на связи.

Cons:

Вокруг много военных частей, высокие заборы, мало магазинов, кафе и ресторанов (зато тихо и спокойно)

Not my cup of tea
Pros:

Check in was easy and smooth. The shower was hot and the apartment is quite well located, with most places of interest a 15-20 minute walk away. The mattress was comfortable and having a washing machine was great and it was easy to use.

Cons:

While interactions with the owner were pleasant, first impressions count and the lobby needs a decent overhaul as it is not at all attractive. But the reason I gave this place a 5/10 is the lack of cleanliness. I cannot absolutely verify this but I do not believe the bed-sheet had been changed. It was stained and there was a smell to the pillowcases that suggested that they had not been changed either, which leads one to conclude that the doona cover hadn't been either. Gross.
And how hard is it to wipe down surfaces like the cupboards? Or ensure that the coffee mugs are clean?
Yet, the kettle (with broken lid) was unusable because, incongruously, it had been cleaned with some kind of cleaning liquid that tasted like bleach! Despite using bottled water and boiling it three times, I could not get rid of the taste of bleach in my cup of tea.
I should think that engaging a fastidious cleaner is priceless, and they would be worth their weight in gold, when running an establishment like this.
I finally made contact with the owner and he was quick to ensure the cleaner changed the bedsheet (and the new sheet further convinced me that the bed had not indeed been changed). I didn't bother raising the situation with the kettle - I only had to stay one more night and just wanted out TBH.
I personally would not stay here again - for me, cleanliness is at the top of my list of priorities for what makes or breaks a stay.

parece increible pero es cierto , en medio del caos de hanoi un lugar con una absoluta tranquilidad, altamente recomendable. la asistencia del señor Binh fue determinante, siempre estubo cuando se lo necesito , nos consiguio excurciones a exelentes valores. tambien se encargo de los traslados ,. .... un genio. el apartamento es ideal tiene todo lo que hace falta, .....todo

Çift için rahat ve güvenli
Pros:

Tesisin konumu çok iyi. Old town’a ve tren caddesine yürüme mesafesinde ve dinlenmeniz için yeterince sessiz bir mahallede. Kullanabileceğiniz küçük bir balkonu mevcut. Tüm süreçte Binh bizimle whatsapp üzerinden iletişime geçti ve yardımcı oldu. Biz genel olarak her şeyden çok memnun kaldık tekrar gelirsek kalmak isteyeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Cons:

Odanın içi mobilyalar ve banyo eskiydi. Yenilenirse çok daha keyifli olabilir. Ancak bunlar bizim için bir problem olmadı.

Pros:

Super Ausstattung mit Mikrowelle, Reiskocher, Waschmaschine, Geschirr und Töpfen! Tolle Lage, ruhig und doch zentral. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Gut geeignet auch für längere Aufenthalte und Selbstversorger.

Pros:

Great communication from the host. Very clear instructions for self check in any time of day or night. Comfortable and well equipped apartment in a great location. Very quiet which is not typical in the old town city center area. Good WiFi, AC and water pressure in the shower. Convenient washing machine on the balcony and shared dryers on the top floor. Full size refrigerator/freezer. Adequately equipped kitchen. Good, comfortable bed. TV with streaming services available but not provided (you need to have your own accounts or a fire stick).

The only minor suggestion I have for improvement would be an additional stove top (it has only one) which would be nice to have for longer stays if you like to cook some meals yourself rather than eat out all the time.

Cons:

No complaints.

Загалом дуже задоволний співвідношенням ціна та якість. Розташування+ персонал +
Pros:

Зручне розташування, дуже близько до всіх визначних місць які варто відвідати. Тихе місце, якщо зачинені вікна то шум з вулиці майже не чути. Є пральна машина та балкон де можна висушити речі. Господар дуже привітний і завжди на зв'язку. Запропонували зустріти мене з аеропорту за невелику доплату, що дуже зручно. За ці гроші дуже пристойний вибір. Якщо хочете більше комфорту то мабуть варто шукати готелі в дорожчому сегменті. Також можна залишити свої речі на зберігання на пару днів якщо плануєте кудись поїхати після виселення з готелю.

Cons:

Щоб відкрити двері в номері треба трохи прикласти зусилля, мабуть через вологість повітря двері трохи роздулися. Вода в ванній повільно стікала.

"I had a very disappointing and stressful experience at this property. The host insisted multiple times via WhatsApp that they could only accept cash, claiming their bank did not allow card details or that they could only process 'physical cards.' They even pressured me to pay their maid in cash.
​To my surprise, when I went to check out, there was a perfectly functioning POS credit card terminal right on the desk. It was clear that the host deliberately lied to me just to avoid card fees or to keep the transaction off the record.
​As a traveler, I plan my budget based on card payments. Their dishonesty put me in a very difficult position regarding my cash flow. If you value transparency and professional service, stay away from this place. They will try to manipulate you into paying cash despite having the facilities to accept cards. A completely untrustworthy management.

Pros:

The apartment has a great size, and it is right on the edge of the old quarter, which is good if you want to avoid the craziness once you are back "home". On that note, the windows are not soundproof, there is still some noise, but earplugs are provided. The bed and the pillows are really comfortable, and you can watch TV/Netflix from it. The owner is helpful and kind. It was a comfortable stay.

Cons:

-A full size mirror would be great in the room
-The cleanliness could be better. There were small cockroaches in the bathroom
-The washing machine is on the balcony, so it gets dirty. I wanted to use it, but I rather did not

Pros:

Lift. Buiten het drukke toeristische gebied, ruime kamer, vriendelijke en behulpzame beheerder.

Cons:

Als je op de bovenste verdieping een kamer hebt, kan je geluidsoverlast krijgen van de huurders die daarboven, waar je kunt zitten op een groot terras, kletsen. Dat hoor je vrij goed.
