The apartment is quite small, if you are a tall person, you may have some difficulties as the ceilings are slanted and low. You must be able to climb up into the loft area for one of the bedrooms.

Tout le reste, accueillis grandes fenêtres ouvertes avec du "sent-bon"...lol...pour tenter de masquer les odeurs nauséabondes permanentes, lits petits, sans sommier, pas de porte pour la salle de bain et WC, avec un pauvre rideau n'arrivant pas au sol, même pas opaque à côté du cliclac pour beaucoup d'intimité... donc obligés de faire sortir les personnes présentes dans le couloir de l'immeuble pour allez aux Wc...merveilleux! et du coup les odeurs...des WC ...obligés de rester les fenêtres ouvertes pour palier au manque de VMC...mais une VMC dans uns salle de bain- WC sans porte, à quoi me direz-vous?!!!
pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc nous sommes vus par tous et obligés de mettre des serviettes aux fenêtres pour pouvoir dormir dans une pseudo pénombre car un des vélux n'est pas à portée de main... donc un week-end classé sous les noms : odeurs, inconfort literie, et le reste, et si vous mesurez plus d'1M50, pensez à prendre RDV chez l'ostéopathe au retour!! donc cette douce sensation de se faire prendre pour des pigeons, et impossible d'avoir un peu d'intimité essentielle... et pas de hôte dans la cuisine...et au retour obligés de laver tous nos habits qui sentaient cette puanteur...bon week-end!!! à 640 euros...moi je dis que c'est pas cher payé!

The dark stairways to the 4th floor

The ceiling of the first floor was a bit too low

It was NOT disclosed that this property was a 5 floor walk-up on an ancient circular staircase. We had large heavy suitcases, and it was extremely difficult managing the stairway. Also, the photos of the apartment were very misleading, and didn’t show the scale of the ceiling heights. I’m 6’ tall and spent the whole time in the apartment hunched over to keep from banging my head on log framing, and low ceiling heights. Also the stairs to the loft where the “bedroom” was located, were so steep and difficult to climb as to be unsafe. Had there been a fire, we would have been incinerated. Also, the ceiling heights in the loft were so low that the bed was only accessible if you crawled on your hands and knees. The apartment was located with all the windows opening to a noisy busy street that was heavily trafficked all night. Finally, the bathroom had foul odors emanating from all the bathroom drains, and the only way we could deal with them was to cover them with wet toilet paper while we were there. In short we were extremely disappointed with the flat and would NOT rate it anything close to an 8.1 property.

No door at the bathroom really spices up the experience:)

The pitch of the roof was difficult to judge from the pictures, as slightly above average height people, the flat was somewhat difficult to move around and find a spot to stand completely upright while upstairs and downstairs while the lower bed was folded out.

No elevator

An exhaust fan in the toilet/ shower and a door rather than a curtain , would help with the smell after someone has used it .
This property is not suitable for those with mobility problems .
