I’d rather to choose another place to stay.
Pros:

Mr pire is a nice man, location is good, air conditioning is fine .

Cons:

No wifi at all, TV not connected to internet so can’t watch World Cup, even can’t play the normal program. I have to go to pub 1am in the morning to watch. There was also hordes of ants to avoid while walking in the room.

The hours of the washer was very limited, we were out exploring during the day and with the hours made it difficult to coordinate washing.

Also, the ac did not work in the bedroom and there was no remote.

La situation de l'établissement

J'avais réservé un appartement pour 7 personnes, on m'avait assuré après plusieurs appels de ma part à l'établissement qu'il y aurait 2 chambres, or il n'y avait qu'1 chambre l'autre lit de 2 personnes était dans le salon avec les 2 autres salons convertibles. En fait c'était un dortoir, un peu gênant pour l'intimité entre amis. De plus, nous n'avions pas de quoi diner ou déjeuner puisque hormis une petite table haute de desserte fixe en cuisine avec 2 chaises hautes il n'y avait qu'une petite table de salon et 2 chaises. Donc nous n'avons pas pu nous restaurer dans l'appartement comme nous l'avions prévu cela nous a occasionné un surcoût non prévu en restauration. Et pour couronner le tout la clim était en panne donc imaginez à 7 confinés dans un appartement en période de canicule. On nous a obligeamment prêté des ventilateurs dont 2 devaient remonter de la cave plein de poussière. On a du les nettoyer avant de s'en servir. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas non plus et cela ne devait pas dater du jour car il y avait des marques noires sur le bac de douche. Vous comprendrez que j'espère de votre part un geste un remboursement d'une part parce que ce lieu ne correspondait à nos attentes et d'autre part nous avons subi surcoût en restauration qui n'était pas prévu.

Sem privacidade, pos atendimento não existe.
Pros:

Na aplicação dizia 2 quartos. E era somente um cómodo com uma cama e um sofá cama mesmo ao lado. O lixo da cozinha ficava encostado ao sofá cama.
Quando chegamos fomos informados do calção que antes não tinha sido informado mas nos mostraram que está nas informações no app Ok pagamos o calção de 500€ que até agora não foi devolvido e nem conseguimos um contato, pois quando envio mensagens eles não respondem mais.
O local em si não é ruim, mas nos sentimos lesados pelo engano dos quartos que não eram separados e por não receber o retorno do calção! Afinal o funcionário nos garantiu que era devolvido em dez dias, já tem mais de 20 dias e não sabemos o motivo de não receber o reembolso.
Cuidado!

Cons:

No app dizia dois quartos, que não era real.
Pagamos um calção de 500€ e não vou devolvido e muito menos somos informados do motivo

Overall it was a great stay! Comfortable, safe and great location. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Pierre was lovely and helpful. Bag storage was in the property below. It felt safe and secure. Beds were huge and very comfy. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchenette and two TV’s with access to Netflix and Youtube. It also had great AC and a Fan which kept us cool during the heatwave. Bathroom was also clean.Pierre also gave us another lot of towels since there were 6 of us staying!

Cons:

Water pressure was quite bad but it did the job. Not enough toilet paper for 6 people to stay, we had to buy more.

La distribución de los cuartos dentro del departamento. Muy espacioso.
La cocina bien equipada.
Las camas muy cómodas 👌
Cerca a cafeterías y lugares para comer.
Hay una estación de subte a una cuadra👌

Cons:

La ducha, el agua salía muy caliente, nunca logre temperarla.
La ubicación no es tan céntrica si lo que prefieres es caminar a los sitios turísticos.

La situación

Cons:

Muebles deteriorados, una mesa pequeña para una capacidad de 12 personas con únicamente 4 taburetes. Solamente un baño para 12 personas. Además debajo de las camas y los muebles, se encontraron objetos y suciedad. Se escribió al casero que nunca contestó. No había vajilla suficiente tampoco. La cocina es minúscula y no está bien equipada.
