Beauquartier - Sentier

Apartment itself was terrific. Very clean, well-laid out. We had 3 adults and there was plenty of room. We cooked and had all the kitchen items we needed. The security codes fit the doors worked great. Easily walkable to the Seine, Notre Dame and St. Chappelle if you are in decent shape. Must uber or taxi to Eiffel Tower.
Area in a 2-3 block radius around property is not un-safe, but is dirty and smelly. Once you get out of that small radius you are in a good area with plenty of restaurants. Be prepared for late night party noise. 3 out of 5 nights there was loud noise until 3 am.

Was fantastic!! We loved it! Great room, very clean and well equipped! Great neighborhood! Safe! Walking distance to the louvre and notre dame!

Lovely apartment out of the bustling city but just a few steps from everything. Comfortable firm bed and perfect for me and my two teens. Appreciated the luggage storage space. Great stay!

Very clean, quiet, convenient location, and very responsive staff.

We stayed in apartment 1 in the ground floor. It has everything that we needed for our stay. The shower area and toilet area are in separate rooms. The toilet area does not have a sink for washing hands. We had to go to the bedroom and go to the bathroom/ shower to wash hands. It would be better to be able to wash hands right away after doing business. I also didn’t like that the apartment is beside the garbage room. We could also hear footsteps of people walking/running above us.

We will be back! Fab location. Great apartment.

The property is charming and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this hotel to family or friends visiting Paris.

Had a nice stay in april three nights with family of four. Great location near metro and walking distance to many attractions. Appartment was well equipped and clean. Bed mattresses were a bit too hard for our comfort, but still slept ok. Good communication with the company that rented out the appartment. Easy chrck in and checkbout with code, no reception.

Clean and spacious rooms, convenient location, short walk to Metro. Tons of restaurants, shops nearby.

綺麗で、心地よく、途中入ってくれた清掃も素晴らしかったです。

滞在の途中から、右側のバスルームから下水の匂いが上がってきていて、部屋が臭くなりました。

また、リビングの一階下になる玄関部が、なぜか毎回タバコ臭かったのが気になりました。

それ以外は、本当に素晴らしかったです！

Great location - The property is quiet while minutes from the Metro, and from great restaurants. The space was very clean and roomy. Beds and linens were comfortable. Was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. We were in Apt. 4, which means 3 flights of stairs- so something to consider with any mobility issues or lots of luggage.

Enjoyed our stay and staff was very prompt in answering our inquiries. The apartment was very clean and in a convenient and quiet location but yet close to restaurants and shops one could walk to within minutes.

Security precautions with door codes, as well as how easy it made check-in were a huge plus! The apartment itself was very clean and there was just enough tin the kitchen to allow for buying your own lunch or dinner items and having a spread!
There is a great dining and shop area close!
