Ostrożnie z używaniem kilku urządzeń elektrycznych na raz (np. grzejnika i czajnika) - przez chwilę zabrakło prądu. Nie jest to wielki problem, ale może warto umieścić informację w pobliżu czajnika? :)

Almost as cold as the outside weather.

Absolutely nothing! From beginning to end, a subpar experience if ever I've had one.

Cons:

Arriving at the property I was faced with the question "how on Earth do I get inside?" No label in sight on the intercom indicating which of the apartments was the one I booked. No answer on the phone number listed on Booking. I was eventually about to be let in by one of the residents as I heard shouting from one of the windows above from an old lady. 5 minutes later she was down stairs, barely speaking a word of English, letting me inside of an apartment that had been divided into rooms. Everything looked old and dusty in the harsh lighting, but the general cold was what really hit me. The room was freezing cold, the lady gestured to the minuscule electric heater in the corner with a thumbs up and a self-satisfied grin. She proceeded to guide me to my so-called "private bathroom", which was indeed private in the sense of not being shared with the rest of the apartments on the building's floor. It was, however, to be shared with the rest of the rooms inside this apartment. The bathroom itseld was cramped, old and with signs of wear, tear and mold everywhere.
Back to the room, one hour later the heater was barely warm and I was almost shivering in a wool sweater while next to it. At that point I decided to address the issues with the owner while warning up at a restaurant nearby, but I had trouble reaching her again. So after around 2 hours I just left the key to the apartment on the nightstand and packed my bags.
Keep in mind I visited in late January, but the weather outside was very mild, nowhere near freezing temperatures. I had also booked the room 3 days in advance, which should have given the owner ample time to warm up the room.
I would go so far as to say that this property is not fit to host guests under such circumstances and would be very happy to know Booking did a follow-up on this incident to determine whether it was an isolated event or not.

La posizione era veramente centralissima e comoda per visitare la città; l'alloggio era ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort, con tavolino, sedie, bollitore. Il phon inizialmente non funzionava ma l'host è stato gentilissimo e ce l'ha subito cambiato.

El personal fue súper amable y atento, incluso tuvieron la amabilidad de abrirme y recibirme después del horario de check-in, algo que valoro muchísimo.
La habitación estaba muy limpia, cuidada y con un olor muy agradable, lo que hizo la estancia aún mejor.
Me sentí bien acogida y cómoda.
Muy recomendable, repetiría sin duda.

Quizá la habitación era un poco fría y se escuchaba algo de ruido de la calle.
