Great little apartment in a quirky neighbourhood.
Pros:

This is a great apartment for families in a quirky area of Tokyo. Was great for us for a 2 night stay visiting with only backpacks (sent our larger luggage to the airport direct from ski resort!). Had everything we needed - toothbrushes even! Only a very short walk to the train station, plenty of gorgeous ‘op shops’ and gift shops around the area too. Room size was great. The owners have installed a curtain to block all of the bright lights on the display/fire panel which was great. The room can fit 6 people. The heating is great in the main room.
Lots of great inclusions at the property too - washing machine, microwave, snacks, tea, coffee.

Cons:

The blinds to outside do not block the morning sun which would be an issue if you are travelling with kids and want them to sleep in!
The bathroom and toilet are cold (we visited in January!)

Had an excellent stay at Illi Sun – highly recommended!
Pros:

The location was excellent and it was a very cosy apartment to come back to after enjoying the hustle-bustle of Tokyo.

Bellissimo appartamento immerso nell’atmosfera di shimokitazawa
Pros:

L’appartamento è molto bello e spazioso, saremmo stai lí per il resto della vacanza!
Il balcone è un plus non da poco

Cons:

Abbiamo ricevuto 4 volte le norme di comportamento della casa…immagino che in Giappone sia così dappertutto, però ha creato un pochino di disagio.
Nonostante il balcone non si può fumare, per una fumatrice come me è un po’ scomodo, ma anche queste, immagino, siano le norme, sebbene in diversi locali si possa fumare sia dentro che fuori.

良かった！今度はゆっくり滞在して食事を楽しみたい！
Pros:

近くにお店がたくさんあり、食事に困らなかった。また途中打合せも挟んでの滞在だったため、扉で洗面スペースが閉められて、助かった。

Cons:

お湯の出し方が分からず、少し戸惑った。出し方のメモなどが張ってあると良いと思った。

Pros:

Le lieu central, la propreté et le calme de l'appartement est très appréciable.

Cons:

Le checkout à 10h pour un checkin à 16h, ça fait 6 heures jetées à la poubelle. Cet hébergement doit apprendre à faire le ménage entre 11h et 15h.
